People with happy customer service. Overheard conversation, customer wanted printed receipt, cashier said I would have to print to office so he would have to wait. WHAT???? Picking up my photos and told cashier I received message that I ordered magnet and it as delayed. Told her I only ordered 2 photos. Tried to show her my order. She just said I'll cancel, looked away and said next customer. I said I want to show you my order and understand how a magnet got ordered. She again said she cancelled, next customer, totally ignoring me. Two rudest cashiers ever. Will not be going back to this Walgreens! They both need to find new jobs. Terrible! read more

Waited on hold for 15 minutes just to be told I'm being put on hold again, then on hold for another 5 before some one said they'd be with me and they just hung up on me. Ended up just going to the drive through and be told they don't have it. read more

Walgreens has been my go to pharmacy for years . Unfortunately over the years they have become extremely busy and I have waited up to a 1/2 hour to get my medication. Even with the drive through there's been at least 3 cars in front of me. I still enjoy seeing what sales are at Walgreens but of course you need to know your prices. read more

Hours for the pharmacy are incorrectly posted online on both the IOS maps app and on the actual Walgreens website. Sent prescriptions for a family member to this location because of their later closing time only to find out they close as the same time as the other locations in town. Employee was very sarcastically helpful by stating their correct hours are posted on the front door and jokingly stating "they really need to change that." This was no joking matter and I will not be coming back. read more

The manager needs to learn some basic customer service and problem-solving skills. I placed a same-day photo order. When I went to pick it up, it didn't exist in the system, despite my confirmation email. Instead of offering a solution, the manager didn't know what to do and got snippy with me as if the computer system malfunction was somehow my fault. read more

I've shopped at this particular Walgreens site on a number of occasions, including today, when I went in for Covid Testing. They guided me through the process and again, I'm impressed. The icing on the cake is that they're open 24 hours a day. Let's look at the positive folks...Walgreen's employees are the best. read more

I came here to get a scheduled Covid test at 10:00 am. The website said to be here five minutes early. I pulled up and told the person at the window I was here for my test. She told me the papers haven't downloaded yet and to park my car and come back in 10 minutes. I came back in five to a line of cars receiving their tests at my scheduled time. read more

Absolutely terrible. The pharmacy staff including the pharmacist suck. They avoid making eye contact with people in line at all cost and will not even recognize that you were there until you walk up to the counter. I waited an a line of 11 people, for half an hour, only to find out that their computers have been down almost the entire time I was waiting. At that point I was told I had I had to leave and come back. All they had to do was take 10 seconds and loudly announce to all of the people who had been waiting and waiting that there was a problem and we should all come back. No word to describe it except what an awful place to get medicine from and I can only assume equally as awful to work there if the employees are that miserable. read more

Worst Walgreens I've ever been to. Pharmacist kept me waiting in the drive thru line for 30 minutes and the insurance company on hold until I told them they were trying to call. She asked me to come wait inside at which point after 10 more minutes she told me they couldn't fill my script. She spent the whole time snickering about it to the real pharmacist who cared just as less. She told me how it wasn't her fault and smirked about it. Then when I asked for my script back she moved really slow on purpose to get it. The real pharmacist then proceeded to get it while she followed him around like a child watching and snickering. All that free time after she told me everything was taking so long because it was their busy hour. I honestly felt it took so long because she had a thing for the real pharmacist, especially the way she followed him around and giggled the whole time. Doubt she was even working at all. read more

I learned that when you call pharmacy and want to talk to someone, that there are 18 phone lines that trunk in, but only1-3 employees working phone, walk-up and drive-through customers. I learned that from a employee when I asked about recording saying "there is one call ahead of you" and I was on the phone for 30 minutes. Sometimes you just have to talk to someone! read more

Don't bother to call in to talk to a pharmacist. I sat on hold for over twenty minutes listening to the prerecorded message and the system finally hung up on me. THEN, I called back and it did it again. After that, I called the photo dept and got them to get someone to answer the phone. Finally, I'm talking to the pharmacist... He tells me the obvious. They will have to contact my doctor for the refill. At one time that was part of the automated system. NO MORE!. If your prescription is out of date you must talk to a live person. On the next day, I called to check if my prescription was ready. The automated system showed no record of the order... nada... nothing. Now, I drive into the pharmacy. I walk into the store which was moderately busy. There was only one assistant behind the counter who was a bit overwhelmed. She called in for backup and the store asst manager enters and ultimately waits on me. BTW, there were FOUR telephones in the pharmacy, NONE of them in use by employees. I told my story. I was informed by the manager that all priority is given to customers in the store or drive through. Sheesh.... why don't they say that on the phone? What's even more irritating is my prescription was actually ready but i'd not received any email, text or phone call to that effect. The system didn't even know it when I called in. So... a word to the wise... if you must talk to someone, go in. You'll NEVER get them on the phone. read more
