On one occasion, I had a question about a specific hair tool and I would ask the employee and she would look at me like I was bothering her and read off the description that I could also see...right in front of my face. Just say you don't know how to answer my question or ask another educated employee. More recently, I went for perfume and I asked an employee for help and she very quickly and rudely said she was helping another customer and I just have to wait.
