A lady picked up and asked if I was holding for delivery, i said yes, as she put me on hold she made a noise such as " oh my god another one" back on hold. Sabrina answered to set me up, gave her all my information, and she got payment. She then told me that I was out of the area of delivery, by 3 miles. I asked about my weekly delivery from the same HEB. she said nothing. Husband whom is also sick and had been throwing up all morning drove into get my scripts. Very disappointed in HEB

My clinic is next to the pharmacy. I drive over after my appointment, and the medicine is ready. They have been accommodating with the Ozempic. It is in short supply, but they keep me supplied. The pharmacist and staff are very friendly and efficient. They know my name.

They had 800 mg mixed in with the 600! That is not a type of medication to be changing back and forth and he has for over a month now! This explains one of the reasons he has been tired and falling asleep quickly!! What would have happened if that were to happen while driving?? Walgreens did say "I'm sorry" and fixed it, but what would have happened if it was a stronger medication?? Do better Walgreens!! I always get my medication immediately or if I have to wait it is never more than 5 minutes. They have a drive through window and when I have my pups they get a treat. Closed on Sunday and until 3pm on Saturday. But short hours aren't a problem at this point in my otherwise healthy life.
