Not only that, our feline specialist is in SA, and we were originally going to have to drive to medical center for the antibiotic (we live about 2 miles from Gruene Road Pharmacy). It was going to take about 4 days for them to make, and our cat had already went to the ER after nearly becoming septic from his UTI. I'm training to be a provider (for people) myself, so I knew that Gruene Road could compound medications, but for a cat? Now, Sir Skittles seems to be doing better than ever!! We are so thankful for Gruene Road Pharmacy!! Without them, who knows how Sir Skittles would be, or me for that matter, after driving back and forth to the medical center. Thank you for what you do!!

The first time they sent my medicine, it arrived with 2 stickers on the package- one saying refrigeration required, and one saying refrigeration not required. Their carelessness will cause someone to ruin their medication. I later submitted a refill request, and chose pick up, yet they shipped it to my house which costs an additional $20. I called and emailed them explaining that I specifically chose pick up because I was off work that day, and that I wanted the shipping refunded. They did not even acknowledge my concern. They also chose a flavor for my compounded meds that I never requested, then acted like I asked for it. Needless to say, I switched pharmacies. Don't waste your time here.
