I am so impressed with the service & professionalism of Dustin (Deli Section). Several months ago,…read moreI was frustrated & started complaining to him about why a particular cheese hadn't been in stock for a while. He remained calm & empathetic to my concern. He explained the situation & offered different samples similar to the cheese I was upset about. He even asked if I wanted to try a cheese he liked. Wow....ever since then, I've been ordering that particular cheese. Now, each & every time I order from the deli, Dustin smiles, asks if I'd like to try other cheeses, & then packages the cheese I came for. This young man could have just allowed me to walk away frustrated. But he took the time to listen, explain & offer alternate solutions. I left feeling valued & cared about.....Now that's customer service at its best!

I'm disabled and use curbside to make it easier not be swindled and taken advantage of. Heb forgot half my order with curbside and won't deliver it. All the avocados I received are bad. The prescription was sent here. The prescription was not filled until 1 pm in the afternoon. When my husband expressed his concerns of the need for urgency based on the condition our child, he said the person working cut him off and could care less. They also said they would notify us when it was ready. They never did. He had to keep calling back for several hours to find out. Regardless of it being a holiday, when you care this little about your customers that you neglect to notify them of the medication being ready and do not prioritize those that are small children suffering, you don't deserve to work here. Very disappointed in the staff today! Never seen such poor behavior. This is completely unacceptable. I tried to get a hold of a manager at the location and the phone rang off the hook but nobody bothered to pick up. This store needs son's retraining about efficiency and empathy! They failed to do their job.
