I like the decor here- it feels comfy and modern, with lots of stuff that makes it feel more like a coffee shop than a pharmacy. They have a lab right in the back where you can peer in and see them compounding medications and elixirs with precision. They're wearing protective gear and weigh things out with delicate instruments! The service was great- they offered the talk with the pharmacist to brief on what's going on. They were speedy and friendly. They were great about communication over the phone. Parking was easy- there's a dedicated lot in the rear.

BEWARE! They sell bad medication! The medication I get from there is supposed to be refrigerated…read more They mailed the medication after my doctor sent in the prescription---even though I didn't ask them to mail it. It arrived yesterday, the ice was melted and the medication bottles were hot. I called the pharmacy and the pharmacist/manager, Derek, told me the medication was still good. I told him that I'm not putting that in my body if it is hot and it is supposed to be refrigerated. He said he would exchange them. My mom brought them up to exchange today, and Derek gave her a hard time about exchanging them because he said the ice should've still been good. He eventually exchanged one bottle because it was closed and he is going to resell it. The other bottle he would not exchange because he said it was open so he can't resell it. I did open the other bottle to see if the medication inside was hot or if it was just the bottle. The medication itself was hot. I opened the package and called the pharmacy within 5 minutes of it being delivered. The ice was already totally melted and everything, including the medication inside the bottle, was hot. Also, I did a check on this medication and it states do not use if you forget to refrigerate it because it can cause diarrhea and vomiting. So, pharmacist lied to me to get me to keep the medication. I will be reporting them to the medical board, consumers protection agency, etc.

Aside from the initial name confusion (#1) I was able to find it in the same strip mall as some well known eateries in town (#2). It's a small pharmacy. It looks almost like a pawn shop or a bank teller, complete with a walk up window behind a clear pane. Love the box of masks and sanitizer available. I'm just glad they have a couple of chairs to wait in. There are a lot of young folks working in the back; it's gotta be up there with the most bustling pharmacy I've seen. Normally we see a pharmacist and a couple of pharm techs moving around slowly, but at NVision it was a little party. I appreciate that they were professional and friendly; I was in and out in no time. They also offer curbside pickup and free home delivery. Their carelessness will cause someone to ruin their medication. I later submitted a refill request, and chose pick up, yet they shipped it to my house which costs an additional $20. I called and emailed them explaining that I specifically chose pick up because I was off work that day, and that I wanted the shipping refunded. They did not even acknowledge my concern. They also chose a flavor for my compounded meds that I never requested, then acted like I asked for it. Needless to say, I switched pharmacies. Don't waste your time here.
