The worst CVS I have ever been in. Went out of my way to stop at at CVS while passing through…read morebecause I usually love CVS. Refrigerated section almost empty and NO cold bottled water yet there were waters of all brands sitting randomly on top of end caps. Didn't have the normal things I needed that all other CVS's had. I still spent $160 on makeup because I forgot my makeup bag at home. Asked for a hand carry basket and was told they have only one and it wasn't available. Very disorganized store. Asked to use the restroom and guess what? NO toilet paper! Gross. Whoever manages this place should NOT be the manager of anything. I won't stop there again.

I called MY HEB, after being on hold for over 10 minutes, they answered the phone, Zach ( i think) said the lady I needed to set me up was on the phone and it would be a couple of minutes. Sabrina answered to set me up, gave her all my information, and she got payment. She then told me that I was out of the area of delivery, by 3 miles. I asked about my weekly delivery from the same HEB. she said nothing. Husband whom is also sick and had been throwing up all morning drove into get my scripts. Very disappointed in HEB

Patient Negligence + No Communication;…read more My pregnant wife tested positive for COVID and her OB stressed she needed to start Paxlovid within a specific time window. We called this Walmart pharmacy and were told they would get it ready. Then? Nothing. No call, no update, no urgency. When my wife finally called back to check, the response was, 'Oh, we don't have that in stock,' like it was no big deal. They never notified us they were out, never tried to transfer the prescription, nothing. For a pregnant COVID patient on a clock, that is not a minor mistake, that is dangerous. Their failure to communicate and follow through easily could have delayed life‑saving medication. It comes across as totally careless at best and negligent at worst. Thankfully H‑E‑B actually had their act together and had it in stock, but Walmart's pharmacy has completely lost our trust for anything critical. I would never rely on this location again for an urgent prescription, especially not for a pregnant patient. Management or owner, please check in with your workers as this is UNACCEPTABLE!
