Cool. 2) got home & noticed the cilantro & the 3 limes ($1) I bought & paid for didn't make it into our bags. I need it for dinner tonight. The staff bagged our groceries for us. I have been hit, in my truck, and my wife, in her Mercedes suv, 4 times in 90 days at HEB They told me to come get the video, but then refuded to let me even SEE the video. The fat assed store manager was laughing when she left the counter. I went there 3 days in a fucking row, talked to the fat bitch, left my fucking phone number, and they STILL didn't let me have the video, after telling me to come get it. It cost me 4 deductibles of 500.00 each, as the fiirst asshole, not only hit my truck, but thought they didn't do enough., so they keyed the motherfucker all the way down the passenger side. That incident cost me "2" fucking deductibles, one for the crash and one for vandilism. Fucking all-state insurance assholes. these either have to be the stupidest kmotherfuckers on the planet, or just don't give a shit about you or me or anyone else except what fucking money you spend in their store. After spending about 200 bucks a week (over 10G's/year) in that shit hole, I'll take MY business to Albertsons, or elsewhere and leave this shithole to the fucking idiots who go there. I suggest everyone do the same, until they 1) get HIGH RESOLUTION CAMERAS in the parking lot and 2) let us actually HAVE a copy of the fucking video, to show the cops and have the shitasses who don't leave a fucking note thrown in jail for leaving the scene of an accident. Albertsons is DYING for your business and you even get trreated like a fucking human being. All HEB is doing is taking your money and laughing behind your back, with that finger in the air, otherwise they would have done something, ANYTHING but sit on their collective asses. read more

This store is a dam joke if I could do no stars I would. My husband and I went into the store to try and find a cookie presser since we had bought one in the HEB in Odessa one time, thinking maybe we could find it we did not no big deal. As soon as we walked out of the store this man who was wearing a HEB name badge practically runs outside to follow us like we had stolen something. First of all I am not a thief and for him to assume it is uncalled for . I will never return to this location I live in midland and I would gladly drive to Odessa to go to an Heb where I am treated with respected. If I would of gotten his name I sure would of posted on this review to make him feel the way he made us feel following us around outside while we were waiting outside for our friend to come out of the store. read more

This HEB does have everything except enough lanes open!! I hate that everytime I go there, no matter what time it is, you have to wait in line for 15-30mins!! Everyone loads their basket up so they dont have to come back so soon so you have 50 people waiting to check out and only 5 lanes open and each person takes up to 10-15mins just to get checked out and I usually have to bag my own groceries or it would be even longer or all my fruit and bread would be bagged with the can goods! Im not impressed with the way the baggers are trained or maybe they just dont use their training! I wouldnt go back but it just happens to be the only HEB in Midland and offers way more than any of the other grocery stores here, so I guess you have to take the good with the bad..... read more
