It's the QT Kitchen layout, with has the cash registers centered in the store with the kitchen right behind it where you can get hot foods or order your own items, be it sandwiches, chicken items, or pizzas. They still have the hot dog rollers, which were a bit depleted when we stopped in before lunch. For a cleaner fueling stop, this is the place to go.

This place is a hole in the wall! From the outside you would think it's a convenience store. You order at the counter. The menu on the wall has plenty of options from lunch plates, tacos, burritos, tortas and the like. The burritos come on homemade tortillas, and beans are a staple. They make them in front of you scooping up whatever goodness you have selected. We got the chile verde (my favorite) and the asadero which was a saucy, red concoction. The burritos are $3.50 each and very filling. The salsa they give you is hot. I will definitely be back to try some of the other offerings. Supervisors often show up at 5:30 or 6 a.m. to buy a scad of burritos for their crews. The staff is fast so there is not a terrible wait, but there will be some. Apparently there is a full menu but I've only ever seen the menu boards posted on the outdoor walls. Menus and Cabrito are available Saturdays and Sundays only (written on the wall) and there is some indication that sandwiches are available as well, but I've never gotten past the burritos.
