I've regularly frequented this gas station since it is the closest to my neighborhood. I will be going out of my way to other gas stations from here out. 1. Prices & promos do not always ring up the same as the are listed on the shelf. When this is brought up to the cashier(s) they say there is nothing they can do about it. 2. Their pumps haven't worked for some time now. I've spent multiple wasted trips here in the last several weeks to get gas now. The pumps just don't work! My most recent visit I went inside to tell them that this is a recurring problem, in case they weren't already aware. Well, turns out they're very aware! I was informed that for the last 2 months there's been something wrong with the pumps in the back. I'm frustrated after stopping here and having to ultimately go elsewhere, more than once! I suggested they put up signage or something notifying people which pumps do or don't work. The response I received was "nobody will read the sign". I woulda read it. I don't have the spare time to waste just to come by to see which one of your pumps are up and working. read more

This store blows enough said, poor service, ladies at the counter always in a bad mood. Gas prices high as hell, don't come here. Better gas stations in midland farther down the road than to experience bad customer service. read more

They don't follow food safety protocol to a T, wouldn't eat there if you paid me to. They leave food all day in the hot box way past it's point of expiration and still have the nerve to try and sell it at full price, if they are lazy about that I can only imagine. read more

Stopped in quick to use the restroom because our kid couldn't wait the 10 minutes until we got home. I was impressed with the restroom's floor to ceiling, wall to wall, white subway tile with white grout. It appeared fairly clean, except for under the hand dryer. It's tough to keep white grout white. What can I say, I love classic subway tile and appreciate seeing it. I hate lame tile. Gas station bathrooms are typically an ugly beige. This loo was an unexpected bright white. Unfortunately, didn't get gas, food or beverages so this review isn't about that. But if you need a nice (ladies) restroom (didn't check the men's), this Uncles location is a great spot to stop. read more

The staff is friendly and professional. The food is hot and delicious. The pace is fast and you are in and out in no time. They have high-velocity pumps behind building make filling up large tanks quick and efficient. They also fleet management card readers making business visits easier and quicker. When staying in midland tx rv parks I like to eat here for lunch. For a convent store they do a great job

Understand that this review is for their hamburger compared to other hamburgers, and NOT compared to gas station food. If that was the case, they'd be five stars!! They make their patties fresh here and don't use pre-made frozen meat. The ready to go burgers come with a bag of vegetables and condiments to dress it yourself, or if you're not in a hurry, they will make one fresh while you wait. How nice it is inside and the quality of the food took me by complete surprise. I'll be grabbing a quick lunch here every time I'm in the area now. read more

Customer service is questionable......One staff member sits on a garbage can at the register while talking to the other staff member on the other register, and total ignores customer. This has happened several times or it would have been an issue. read more
