Huge mirror, consistent hot water, no time limit, soap, towel, washcloth, and mat provided, oscillating fan, full size toilet for guys, outlets. Holy Jesus what a beautiful thing. Lost one star because essential hygiene products were slim and shower slippers or flip flops or basic shirts, socks, and underwear were not available. You can grab a bite to eat and watch the game in the lounge until your ahower is ready and do your laundry here too! The people are super friendly and it's totally worth the 12 to 15 bucks. I wish these were all over California, especially in the SF Bay Area, but until then I'll be here in West Texas making as much as I can so I can afford to leave.

The woman behind the counter, Mary, was the rudest of them all! I was the only customer there. There were two women behind the counter and they didn't even acknowledge me. So, I walked up to the counter and asked how to mail my object. Mary shoved an envelope at me and walked away. And it only got worse from there. I tried to report her but the US post office has no control over them as this is a contract office. I tried calling the store but only get a busy signal for the past 5 days. It's no wonder they are so obnoxious. There is no way to report them. Would love to know how to contact the owner! But I will not go back
