However, during the process, both members of the customer service team, who were middle-aged women, racially profiled me. I had been waiting for over a month to start this position. The first recruiter I spoke with, Rebecca, assisted me with the onboarding process on June 21. After waiting for 5-7 business days to start, I contacted Rebecca because she had not provided me with the details by the end of the following day. She then began to lie, claiming that there was something on my record from a state I have never lived in. I confronted them, stating that they were racially profiling me because of my race. I also informed Rebecca that I had already reviewed the background check report, which came back clear. Subsequently, Rebecca stopped responding to my calls and texts. The following week, on July 10, I spoke with Isabella from VOLT, who called me with a status update. Unfortunately, I missed her call, but she left a voicemail stating that my background check had cleared, and I was ready to start. She only needed to speak with the client to determine if I could start on either Friday or Monday. I found it highly unusual that they would assure me that everything was completed but once again lie about my start date. Furthermore, they falsely claimed that my background check was still pending for Illinois, which would cause a delay of an additional 7-10 business days. In addition to these issues, Isabella made an offensive and racist remark by using a racial slur when following up with me. This behavior is completely unacceptable and inappropriate.

He removed it and went to the truck to see if he had one in his stock to replace it. He even said if neither of the two he took from his stock didn't fit, he would go to the local hardware store and buy one that did fit. Fortunately one did fit and he was able to have it all replaced and cleaned up in less than an hour. Before he left we checked to see if the new circuit breaker was heating up and it wasn't. Thank you Justin for your help and preventing a possible fire in my home.

I am extremely pleased with the electrical work performed by Dan at my house in Arlington, Texas…read more I was quoted a price which did not break the bank, and the electrical mystery connected to the hot water heater was solved very quickly. Not only was the original electrical ailment corrected -the reason for the visit- but a couple of other additional issues were resolved at the same time which may have prevented further costly problems down the road. There were absolutely no high pressure sales tactics when I asked questions about future electrical upgrades that I am considering. I will definitely be using Dan's services again for the next electrical project at my house.
