Not a disappointment compared to the Santana Row location. I've spoken with the H&M expansion team (people who help hire and open up new locations) and asked them how they would deal with this perception people would get being in an mall known to most as an outlet. And they pretty much admitted that the company didn't know what they were getting into... Although it's weird that this store that got popular for it's cheap prices and instant fashion is no longer that cheap. Watch the rising dollars people. Shirts that they would sell for 9.95 reaching to a 12.90... In response to Celeste B., the reason that prices are not lower than the Santana Row location is that the SR location is classified as a "boutique" concept store, with stock only limited to the "higher" end items. This complements the different customer demographic SR attracts. Plus, under new mall management, Great Mall is attempting to deviate away from the "outlet" image, by welcoming stores like H&M and Victoria's Secret, and failing. It's nicely divided, with the men's to the left and the women's to the front. The Divided area (the younger hipper section) is on the way back, with the children's area to the left. Accessories that they had in the grand opening were alriiiight, and didn't have clothing tooooo spectacular, considering it was the grand opening...but I'd say go here instead of Santana Row. The staff is a little more educated with their products than the SR location too. I'm all for consumer madness, starting crazy lines, but all I gotta say is that staying in line since 11pm the day before opening is probably not worth it, since the person who won the $300 card was the 80th person in line.. wahhhwahhwah. Possibly the most overrated store ever! As some reviewers have mentioned, maybe the H&M's in California just aren't as good as they are on the East Coast/Europe/elsewhere..when I went to the one in Boston a few years ago I remember the style being a lot different from the ones I've been to here, in SF, and in Santana Row. This H&M is actually one of the better ones compared to the others in the bay area in terms of selection. Service always sucks for me, but oh well. I like the inexpensive work clothes and it's not too hard to find some cute tops/jackets here and there. one off for not having mirrors uhm what happened to all the mirrors. THERE WAS NOT A SINGLE MIRROR IN THE WHOLE STORE. ive been to other hm store and there are mirrors. please put mirrors in your store for your customers. as a customer having a mirror is important because you can decide whether or not you should make that purchase. i wonder if removing the mirrors has to to do with the pandemic or does it have to do with body positivity... not quite sure what can I expect, it's 2020 because of not being able to see myself in the mirror to see how a piece of garment fitted, i had to go return the item and go through the extra hassle when i could have made the decision right there and then if i was able to see myself and decide. read more

i have gone to 2 different shopping centers that are listed on the h&m website, stating that they are open. upon arriving at both malls, westfield valley fair, & westfield oakridge mall. both of these locations the stores are no longer there! upon calling to verify if westfield eastridge store is still there, you are immediately connected to customer service and i was assured both of these locations were still open! this is false advertising, i was given a $100 . gift card and the end of june, & have not been able to use it! and they don't refund gift cards. though it's only a $100., i am considering outside advice! upon attempting to shop on line. everything i attempt to purchase they have very limited sizes! they need to refund the $100. gift card, since it was sold after the stores were already closed for business! please advise! read more

I usually love going to H&M but this one sucks asssss! 0 Stars for Customer Service 1 Star for good selection of clothing As I was shopping, I was looking for a certain item that was displayed in the front of the store. I walked around looking for an associate to help me but it seemed like there was no one working, or so i thought. Some of the employees don't even wear a name tag/badge or whatever that signifies employment there. I saw a female fiddling around with the jewelry for awhile. I swear she didnt even look like an employee. She wasn't even wearing H&M clothing....She was wearing a babyphat vleour outfit!! Im not criticizing her choice of clothing but how on earth was I supposed to figure out she worked there! WTF! Anyway, so I took the chance of being humiliated and walked over to her and asked if she worked there. She gave me attitude and said she did. I asked her to help me find whatever i was looking for and she gave a big sigh and said ok.. we walked to this section where I doubt would have it. She half assed looked for it and said she couldn't find it and said they were out of it. I was getting a little irritated at the fact that she didnt want to help me so I ended up looking for the item myself. I ended up finding a bunch of them all the way in the corner somewhere. I was so angry because she had driven me away! what a biotch. I also had a horrible experience at the register. there were 3 associated talking to each other about hella nonsense shit, and I was waiting for them to finish their conversation about "last night's american gladiator show". I spent a 1/2 day at work and accidentally spent the other 1/2 here. I had to put things back because I was about to spend $500 without even realizing it. They have TONS of cute stuff right now, I feel like I do much better with H&M's fall/winter clothes than I do the spring/summer stuff. I finally found a pair of black pencil pants for work for $24.90 and would have been happy with only that, but of course I got 6 other things too.... I like how the H&Ms vary based on what concepts they feature, which is why the Santana Row location is smaller because it only features one concept targeting a specific customer (It finally makes sense why they would put an H&M in Santana Row) but the Great Mall store has a few different ones, from kids to mens to denim to lingerie.... I'm just going to put it out there....I am a fashion disaster! No matter how hard I try, I can never seem to get an outfit together right!! I'm not a logo or name brand diva so this place works for me! Thanks to H&M, I am not such a clothes dork anymore. The reasons I love this store: -they carry clothes in basic colors which I like. Teal is an awesome color on me and I can find it here! -I can find a ton of different styles (short sleeved, long sleeve, boatneck, off the shoulder) in all of my favorite colors! -the clothes here are great for work and for going out at night -prices are reasonable. I can spend $100 and walk away with a new top for every day of the week. -I prefer this store over Santana Row because its bigger, clothes are less cramped, larger selection, men and kids clothes and the people that work there are helpful and friendly. I love this store and can now look like a cool 30-something gal who can still pay my mortgage! I only come to this store for return the online order and I never got any problems before. This time I was ganna return a Kenzo collection kimono. The guy in the cashier seems didn't know how to return that, so he helped me to call his manager. This manager/lady was the most rudest and meanest women I've never met, she yelled at me and didn't even listen to me. That's a shocked shopping experience. Idk it's because I'm a Asian or not, she seems pretty rude to every Asian customers at that time. Any way, I won't be here again. For future customers, you can go to another location in the Santana row, that one is pretty good, and tidy. :) read more

This is the worst H&M in the bay area. The clothes are stuffed so much into the store, there's not enough space to handle the capacity of shoppers especially during the holidays. It's a nightmare to get around and it's even more gross when people are walking so close to you and they're sick (coughing and sneezing).......ew. Why must they pack on tons and tons of items in the front part when there's more room towards the back? Why must they take up useful space with registers in the back when it NEVER gets used? Fitting rooms......wow. That's a joke. Don't expect to just walk into a fitting room because the line gets extremely loooooong. Speaking of long lines, yeah the registers are pretty bad too. Plus you have shoppers walking around while you're waiting in line and remember how I mentioned the small walking spaces earlier? Expect to run into people everywhere you go in this store. Selection is bad. I've learned to just walk past this store and if I ever need something from H&M, I'll make the drive to Santa Clara or to Walnut Creek. read more

I got here around 10:15AM today, and there were already about a dozen shoppers. The employees on the sales floor did a lot of speed-walking past customers. No one was greeted, and when I approached an employee in the women's clothing section (who was organizing the dresses on the racks) to ask if they were getting the Large dress I was holding in Small ("Excuse me, do you know when you'll be getting this dress back in stock in Small?"), he looked right at me with a blank look and then turned away. The dressing room attendant was openly hostile. I had two shoppers in line ahead of me, and he looked at the first shopper with an impatient look, then instead of assisting her when she greeted him and held out her items for him to count, he looked down and started doing paperwork. He made her stand there for what seemed like 3 or 4 minutes. Then he looked up, grabbed the clothing, got a number, and walked her to the dressing room and said, "There!" The second shopper in front of me was ignored as well, because as she stood there waiting, the dressing room attendant started chatting with another employee that had walked into the section; she was ignored for a few minutes as they laughed and whispered. Then he suddenly snatched the clothing and a number, and walked her to the dressing room without a word. As he was walking back to the front of the fitting room section where I was standing, he gave me an annoyed look.That's when I walked away and decided to try on the tops over my clothes. As I stood in line with four shoppers ahead of me, two cashiers were working the front registers; one of them forgot to take a security tag off, and as the shopper was walking out, she politely brought this to the cashier's attention. He acted like she ruined his day. He removed the tag, and shoved the merchandise at the shopper, with a very irritated look on his face. That's when I put everything back and walked out of the store. Time for hm.com! The good: The store was organized and had a wide selection of women's, men's, and children's clothing - much more merchandise than at Santana Row and Hillsdale Shopping Center. I've been to this Great Mall location two other times this year (May and July), and both those times made me want to shop online as well (a lot of customer avoidance). I had similar negative experiences at the Santana Row location, though my experiences at the Hillsdale location in San Mateo have been excellent. Everything here fits me like a dream, and THANK GOD they carry tons of color versus the crappy Santana Row location where it's geared towards office type basics and the like. They even carry a baby line too! I bought my godson stuff here and my my, he looks great! He'll be the envy of all 18 month old kids in his day care. Stuff for tweens, kids, emo teenagers, broke college students, old women who dress young but shouldn't, etc. People will go home happy when they shop here. And the staff.. if you catch them on a good day, they pretend to care. So far they've been good, but just watch how they'll slowly digress into just a bunch of bodies walking around the store putting stuff away and barely paying attention to the people who give their company money. But because this store opened up in a place like the Great Mall, I am losing respect and adoration for fear that it will be another Forever 21 where their quality goes down or the clothing retail version of Starbucks where they jack up the price more than it's worth. read more

THIS LOCATION CARRIES THE DIVIDED LINE.... SANTANA ROW DOES NOT!!! I should say that first because I wanted this stuff in the Satan's Row store I thought it would've done great there, but NO...They decided to stick it inside the OH SO NOT SO GREAT MALL...That's okay I guess I have more than one reason to hit up that particular mall. I love the business section and career women section here. Yes I wear black who would've thought a hairstylist in black clothes. WOW...But what I really enjoy is the Divided section. Just because I'm a mother of a 4 year old doesn't mean I'm not allowed to be hip anymore, so its definitely nice to be able to throw pieces from one collection into another to make it more stylish. I also love the very few pieces of children's clothing they have. When you're daughter rocks Diesel shoes, you can't help but put them in more stylish clothes. SO its nice to be able to find a few non expensive pieces at H&M. Yeah okay so the quality isn't the greatest, but what can you expect with the IKEA of clothing.... read more

H&M definitely deserves my first ever yelp review because it never fails to impress and surprise me with their collection of clothes that no other store can even think of. I was born in Germany and when I was in High School my life was centered around H&M. Every time when school was over, we all went to H&M to talk to and meet some friends, to talk to the sales associates that were the coolest kids in town, and to check whats new in the fashion world. We were literally every other day in or in front of H&M to live our daily lives. Without H&M I would not know what kind of person I would be now. Wearing H&M clothes gives confidence and pride and hearing that they also have some H&M stores in California made my life in America much easier. Growing up with H&M in Germany made me wonder how H&M USA would convey the idea of H&M in the United States. Would it be americanized, would it maintain the values that H&M is known for, or would it change totally to something else. I cant really tell what H&M usa did because I am not a deep thinker when it comes to clothes and marketing but I still Love it . Whenever I go to H&M in Milpitas, I always find something that I HAVE to buy to feel **real happiness in my heart**. Usually when I go to a store, I find something nice, buy it, and i regret that I bought it, but H&M never gave me the feeling of regret. I am still happy with what I have bought in the last couple of months, and I cant wait to wear them again tomorrow and the next days and weeks... And if I ever return something than they dont ask stupid questions. As long as the receipt is not expired and the tags are attached, the refund is not in danger. I prefer their tops though. I dont look at the pants because I just rock WIlliam Rast, so I just look for nice jackets, shirts, long sleeves, hoodies etc that catch my eyes. And I dont know but I always find something, or something finds me that I have to buy. So okay, im not really into Customer Service when Im buying stuff for myself. I rather wanna go to a store without being greeted than someone interrupting my way of becoming a fashion icon by greeting me. H&M is not really known for it's great customer service (greeting etc/ i was never greeted when I went there) but thats okay for me since I dont really care about it. But when I need help than the Milpitas people always do their best to help me. I dont care to ask them if they carry anything in the back because i dont know any other store that actually carries clothes in the back, so I usually ask them if other h&m stores around the bay have one specific item that I absolutely, so I can buy it in another location. I also dont care that it is always messy when I go there (on weekends) because you can tell that the workers are working hard and dont stand around and talk. Some negative points though: -the mirrors for the guys are not in good places for my shopping convenience. There is no mirror at the front section for guys, but I think the first mirror is around the fitting room area - they always made me buy something whenever I go there. - they are never hiring this review is not just referring to the milpitas store but to every h&m store around the whole world. I was about to give 2 stars, but then I remembered my very FIRST visit here. My first experience was great. I honestly thought, WOW, cool trendy clothes at "Target" prices. I almost went hog-wild looking at all the neat inexpensive accessories - such as earrings, bracelets, necklaces, etc. I think I ended up spending over $200 and carried out 4 large bags to my car. I thought it was a steal. However, most of the clothes I bought broke. Yeah, sounds weird, right? Clothes that break? The quality of their clothes is kinda... ehhh.. After my initial visit, it's just never been the same. I don't see any form of quality in the manufacturing of their clothes. Plus, everything is so mass produced - I didn't feel like any piece was special. The only best way I can describe it, is this..... I just went to the H&M grand opening today in the Great Mall! It opened its doors at 10:00 am and in came the line of people waiting for hours just to get in. My first thoughts: WOW, this H&M is pretty big, much bigger than the one in Santana Row (not as big as the one in SF on Market St, but still pretty big). Also, a bigger variety than the one in Santana Row! This H&M has mens clothing, womens clothing (casual and dressy), Lingerie, Children's clothing, the Divided collection, and the L.O.G.G. collection! I'm extremely happy! I decided to give this place two stars because they don't sell their clothes on line and don't always carry the same thing in each store. That makes no sense and is stupid. I came here today looking for a gorgeous maxi dress that was featured in July's issue of People magazine. I waited too long to find it and found out that it sold out at the location in Santa Row-:( So why'd I go to this location? Well, when I called the location at Santa Row, they said that they didn't have it there. Apparently either they didn't know what they were talking about. Also, I thought that since this store is bigger, that they'd have it. Wrong. They don't have the department that it'd be carried in which would be the trend department. Each location gets different items which is weird. I don't get it. They also don't ship clothing or other items. I've never heard of a chain store that didn't do this. Most of their stuff is just OK. Their clothing sort of reminds me of the Gap for some reason. The majority of the clothing is just basic stuff, nothing too edgy or special is usually sold here. Next time I won't listen to the employees and just check out the store myself if this ever happens again. read more

I'd heard of H&M, of course, but I'd never shopped there until this last weekend. A couple of my girlfriends wanted to go in after we ate lunch at the mall, and while I wasn't all that excited upon first walking in, I found so many things!! When I looked in I saw quite a few clothes that I probably wouldn't wear, since I'm not really into trendy clothes and I usually wear solids, rarely patterns. Also a concern for me is sizes, since a lot of inexpensive places with trendy clothes don't carry larger sizes and yes, I'm more on the plump size, lol. To my surprise I walked out with more clothes than my girlfriends, almost all for work. Admittedly, almost everything I bought was black and/or white, but still it was all nice. Surprisingly, everything seemed a bit large for the size on the tags, which is rare, so I was able to find tons of clothes that fit. My main recommendation is to go during the weekend, instead of the weekend, otherwise the line just to get in the changing room can take a while, and it's not because of a lack of rooms, there are plenty. read more

LOVE H&M! Clothes are cute and affordable and I love how they're always changing it up with new trends every season. My issue with this store is that it's just so messy and cluttered everywhere. When I went to go shop the after christmas sales at SRow, everything was neatly organized by style and size. Here, it was like a teenager's closet - hangers sticking out everywhere from the racks, clothes strewn all over the ground and accessories were missing parts/pieces here and there. The sales racks here looks like a freaking jungle. Staff here can be a hit or miss. Every now and then I get a really nice person who will help me and make my shopping experience fairly pleasant. But usually they have people who don't really want to bother with you and your questions. I've asked several people before where I could get a certain style or size and they just said, "Oh it's out there somewhere, you have to find it" or "I don't know. If it's not there then we just don't have it." Ugh. ---------------------------- My last rant against this H&M is about their Black Friday line and scratch cards. Last year they were really organized and led people in an orderly fashion (no pushing/shoving/etc). They gave out scratch cards that were in dollar amounts ($20, $30, etc), not dollars off a specified amount ($10 off $20, etc). Last year I got $70 to spend; this year I got $10 off $20?? Online they said "up to $300" in scratch cards and this year NO ONE got that. Not even close. Last year I remember seeing a girl scream her head off when she won the $300. What the heck happened, H&M? Totally misleading. Some people at the front of the line even waited up to 6 hours for this, only to get a $10 off $20 card. Felt so bad for them. Plus the line this year was a freaking mess. After you actually get past the front doors of the mall, they didn't direct people to where the end of the H&M line actually was. People were getting confused and lost left and right. Some people even accidentally ended up in the wrong line, for Neiman Marcus or something. The staff was terrible at directing traffic and explaining where lines begin and ends. They should at least hold up signs or something. This review is for the staff. They have the worst Costumer Service. This is what happened to me: Waiting in line to return an item, both cashier acknowledge my presence but don't help me. Male cashier helping a costumer, female reading a magazine. Female cashier finish reading the magazine and look at the girl behind me and say "I can help you ma'am" Excuse me? I said, I am in line first, I was waiting for you to finish reading your magazine. Then, se proceed to return the item. NO ONE, FROM THE STAFF NEITHER HER APOLOGIZE, uneducated brats! Being next to a bakery, the H&M store frequently smells like bread. Cheesy bread, for the most part. I'm not really sure if this is a scent I want associated with clothing, but it's not something that can be avoided either. H&M is a popular clothing store. This can be incredibly frustrating at certain times during the day, or at any time during the weekend. You can expect to wait several minutes for a dressing room to open up, and if you're only wanting to try on one or two things, you might feel that chancing the queue is not worth it. This store has some really great deals if you're willing to search. My best comparison for this store would be a grown up Forever 21. If your style doesn't lean towards mini skirts, neon colors, immature phrases, or cut-out attire, H&M will be more your thing (albeit there are some clothing that consists of these -- just not as much as you would find at F21). All-in-all, H&M is worth the venture if you have time to blow. Browsing through all of the clothing, especially the sale racks, can find you some great pieces for your wardrobe at impressive costs. read more

Aside from the SF H&M location I mostly favor above all the other Bay Area locations, the H&M store at the Great Mall comes close. Just located next to Neiman's outlet store, I found myself zipping through H&M with tunnel vision and try to locate a black zip up jacket and I found it in the back of the store. The organization of forming the register line could use some work but then again, it was a Sunday afternoon and it was pure madness! Parking is horrible especially on the weekends but looks like I may just need to shop here after work during the week. I'd come back here again. read more

So I've been to this store countless times. I personally do like their clothes . But this review goes for all their staff . The store owner really needs to take a peek at his staff . To start alot of times they are rude , unattentive with their clientele. But what worst gets to me is the waiting time to pay , cashiers are so slow but not because they don't how to do the job it's because they are more distracted talking about their own stupid personal stuff rather than moving the line faster. Customers don't need to be listening to their lifes issues or jokes. People want to pay a move on and is you say something thats will only cause for them to get slower. Granted if shoppers were not inconsiderate pigs the place would look a lot better BUT it was a Tuesday (in July) not a busy weekend when I went and there were plenty of employees, they just were not working. No open openly expressed customer service and greated anyone. I work in retail so I understand that being treated like shit all day and digging through and undoing customers' mess I would be unhappy, too, BUT that doesn't mean you just get to be unhappy and a grouch - fake it if you have to. The place was a total disaster (see photo I posted, how disgusting). It was worse than I've ever seen retail location, even on Black Friday. I drove from Monterey to get a the last of a particular dress. I spent an hour on the phone with various stores while in the Monterey location trying to find the dress. When I go there they could not find the dress they place on hold for almost 20 minutes, they were so disorganized and robotic helping customers at the register area (only 1 cashier and over 15 people in line, with 1 employee helping me and 2 employees talking behind the register). I went to go try on the dress - same issue in the fitting room one employee while others stand around (who do they think they are a construction team fixing the highway with one guy working and a bunch watching?). The floors were absolutely disgusting - covered in layer and layer of dust and hair. There was no where to set your own clothes so you had to put them on the dirty floor. DISGUSTING. I went to find the shoes I wanted - covered in dust not only on the outside BUT inside the shoe as well. When I went to tell the cashiers I said I know that it gets crazy in here and customer are just throwing stuff on the floors but the dust and uncleanliness of the location is disgusting. If I did not need that purchase or had not drive over an hour and half I would have left. I will not shop here again. This damn line, it's just way to fricken long. This store, the setup... How the hell am I suppose to shop in this mess. If I wanted to look for separate styles on one rack I'd shop at Ross. Joei: Ya, well this is not San Francisco. Me: There's just too much going on in here. I do like H&M in general. The prices kick ass and I love how this store has a children's section. This was one store I was able to get around with a stroller which is big on my part. The customer service is strong and Joei was very hip, non chalant helpful (the kind of customer service I enjoy). I learned about H&M through my coworkers who moved up here from Arizona. I guess it was a big thing over there? In any case I'm happy to have one so close to my home because seriously, it's a lifesaver of a store!! I've been spending hundreds of dollars every month on clothes for work. Suits, blouses, blazers.... all sh*t that I can't wear on the weekend. It sucks to have to break my bank account to look good in the office then when the weekend hits I have no money to spend on regular clothes and nothing "normal" to wear. I LOVE H&M for this reason: The clothes are more on the formal side AND they're affordable. I can get two suits for under 100 here! The blouses that they have are good for both dressing up and dressing down. Did I mention the price of the clothes?! VERY AFFORDABLE. Also, just because the cost is low doesn't mean the quality is bad. My pieces are still going on strong thank you very much! This store is great for kids too. They have cute summer dresses for little girls and very posh sweater vests for the little boys. All within reasonable cost. Although the store is trendy with today's fashion it isn't too over the top like stores in the city where you feel like you can't pull off the look displayed on the mane quin. Beware at this location: the staff is pretty cool but the lines for the register are SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO long!!!! I would come during the middle of the week to get my shopping done. On the weekends the lines are crazy, but then again if you find something good I'm sure you'll be willing to wait :). read more

This place is less cramped compared to the other H&M's I've been to. This store is well organized. H&M doesn't seem to have anything that amazes me, it seems like they usually just have causal wear, which is fine if that's what you're looking for. It is slightly more expensive than F21/Charlotte Russe but they do have a good selection for males so I guess if come here with your boyfriend, he isn't just starring at a bunch of dresses and skirts that he can't wear. read more

I buy my work clothes here. I have been buying my work cloth at h&m for a while the qoulity is pretty good. When I first came in to h&m I thought that the qoulity wouldn't be any good because they have such cheap prices. After wearing their clothes for a while I can say that the qoulity is ok which was surprsing. They also have some good qoulity socks and underwear. read more

I love this brand! A lot of stuff they have is stylish but affordable. You do have to be careful with some items though...some can be cheaply made. I buy ALL of my plain shirts here. At $6 each, you can't go wrong. You also have to be careful with their sizing. It seems like their stuff is tailored for a specific body type (tall and skinny). You might have to size up from your normal size (don't feel bad, you're not getting fat). Sadly, the Milpitas store is always a hot mess with clothes strewn all over the place. They really need to hire more staff dedicated to cleaning and sizing their racks. The SF store isn't as bad from what I remember and the Vegas one at the Forum Shops is super clean/organized. read more

Usually, when I enter this particular store its always messy. To my surprise it was better, for a change. It looks like management is stressing for structure. However, at the fitting room and the cashier were a different story. At the fitting room i was standing there for about 10-15 seconds. It felt like forever. And when I entered I tried out two different jeans. One fit me quite well and the other one was not so grand... once I exited the fitting room some random employee appeared to be talking to me. But he was talking way to fast. I couldnt understand him. After I requested for him to repeat himself he asked me how the jeans were. He noticed that I left the original two hangers in the fitting area and told me to grab those hangers that I left behind. I thought it was rude doing his job for him. I complied and went to the casher register. Once I was greeted by an employee who was ringing me up she did her usually by asking how I was and asking for i.d. but she lacked personality and energy. She didnt even smile. It was as if she was working for hours without a break... This particular h&m lacks customer service, organization, and spirit. read more

Pros: I like that this H&M has a lingerie section. There is a wider selection of clothing for both men and women here than at Santana Row. Cons: Do not come here on the weekend. The lines are ridiculous, both for the dressing room and cashier. The displays are trashed and the store is cluttered. read more

OMG are you kidding me, every time I go in this store, it's a mess. The fixtures are so tight that there is no room to walk and everything is overflowing on the racks. There was a line of about 10 people and only 1 cashier ringing, taking her sweet time and folding go backs after each customer. Totally not worth my time.... read more
