I think that's because this Lubbock, Texas, shop inside the South Plains Mall was super busy when we popped in on July 20, 2024, for back-to-school shopping. The workers weren't welcoming. We walked around looking for some hoodies and found an employee who I was able to ask the price of the shirt I was looking at. The short sleeve as $29 and long sleeve was $39. This for a black shirt with a chest logo on the front only. Way too much and Mike Leach himself would not have paid that much. Anyway, we walked around, looked at more items and most of what we looked at did not have price tags. That usually tells you that is it overpriced. As I was walking around, there were 2 other customers in the section I was in, and both were greeted and had conversations with the male employee. that employee never said a word to me, never sought me out and just stood there doing nothing. I decided then it was time to leave. We did not purchase anything. If I go back, it will be to the other location, where the employees are friendly and helpful. I hope some training will be provided to the employees at this location.

I explained that it had been a few days since my purchase and I only noticed the issue because I was washing the clothes after buying them, so the receipt was gone. I told her when I bought them, I had the card I used and had put my phone number in there system. There had to be a way for her look it up, but she was very rude and continued to dismiss me. They should be more careful when they're putting the clothes out. I got ripped off.
