Their tasty bagels have the perfect toasted balance of chew and crunch. Their cream cheese cannot be beat in quality, taste, or portion. The order is always friggin' correct -- their heads are clearly in the game, and they have such a wonderful, positive vibe. Their professionalism is aspirational.
