We were in Paris celebrating our Wedding Anniversary and we decided to book our accommodation at Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel. To our pleasant surprise, everything about this hotel was just wonderful. It locates about half a block away from the Tour Eiffel so the view from our window was always spectacular. The hotel lobby was contemporary and beautifully decorated. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Our flight arrived very early in the morning so by the time we got to the hotel, it was only about 9 am. The front desk attendant offered to keep our luggage so we could get started with our explorations. Our room was modern, comfortable and clean. We got 2 bottles of water everyday. The bathroom had a large glass shower stall with rain shower function was fantastic. This hotel helped make our times in Paris more memorable. À bientôt. read more

This place is a scam. I tried to get my reservation back because I accidentally hit expedia's cancellation button. Both Expedia and the hotel didn't get back to me in the emails. So I lost 1400 dollars to them for nothing. Stayed in Room 837 which gave us a perfect view of the garden (not much to see) below and the Eiffel tower!!! The room was clean and smallish for the price (ya I know, paid for view). There's also short walkable train stations nearby (Tour Eiffel and Bir-Hakeim). Complaints? Yup, just a few. First, like some reviews have suggested, the room thermostat was not working. Turned it all the way down and still blowed warm air so had to just totally shut it down. Second, the breakfast was 29 euro per person but decided to try assuming it was worth it??? Wrong! Very limited selections. Scrambled eggs was watery and smoked salmon was always empty plated whenever I passed by. I've honestly ate better breakfast in Italy (NH Collection Roma Giustiniano) with twice as much varieties and at a more reasonable cost! Word of caution: DO NOT eat at the nearby LE BAILLI DE SUFFREN. They are overpriced, awful tasting dishes and no itemized bill (for english speaking tourists), just the total amount (shown on card reader), plus the waiter insists on giving himself a tip (found out service charge is already priced in along with taxes)!!! read more

I booked a stay before Covid in 2020, the hotel took my money , admits they owe me back the money but still has not sent me it. While in Paris 4 weeks ago, I stopped by and the manager supposedly refunded my credit card and apologized( she had me swipe it through the card terminal and i received a receipt for a refund) ..the money never was credited to my card , my bank said it never went through. They told me to fill out a form that I filled out 4 months ago, then again filled it out 2 months ago . Guest relations won't put me through to Accounting Dept, noone responds back by call or email. If there was a 3 1/2 I would have done that but it's not a full 4 stars. The location is fabulous...truly fantastic. You literally look out your room window and see the Eiffel Tower, what more can you ask for! Also there is a very convenient metro stop a few blocks away which comes in handy if you need to move around the city. Our room had a nice size balcony and you will want to have a cup of coffee out there. We rented a suite with a separate living room and two bathrooms. The bathrooms are well appointed, water pressure was nice and we always had clean towels. It's honestly a big room considering you will be out on the town all day and night. The reason I can't go 4 stars is the restaurant wasn't great. The food was actually probably the worst we had in Paris. Of course there are allot of great restaurants in Paris and we only had one big group meal at the restaurant but everyone was disappointed...the food wasn't great...the service was good just not the food. Other than that this is a nice spot in Paris. For our first time in Paris this was a great location and a nice hotel! read more

This place will continue to be sub-par until people realize it and stop falling for it,just like I did. The lobby seemed very nice.When checking in and paying, the lady told us it's best to choose our home currency instead of Euro for the credit card. That is not true. The charge in our home currency from the terminal if we chose USD would be $40 more and I knew this, so we chose Euro. Don't fall for that. Once you hit the hallway you feel it getting less nice. One thing is definitely not like the other. Then you get to your room and it smells badly. There's no shower door or curtain. It has cinderblock walls(or tile that looks like it). The smell started to get to me. We asked to move rooms and they let us,which I appreciated. The new room smelled less,but the bathroom smelled faintly of sewage. This time,there was half a shower door.The AC does not cool. The only thing going for them is the view, which you have to go out on the patio to get. They couldn't position the beds to face the tower? There's gotta be a better location than this that gives you your money's worth. You're paying for the view and a college quality dorm room. Horrible hotel more like 2 stars. We checked in for two rooms. Long lines and lobby full of people. Felt like a low class hotel but I said to myself don't judge a book by it's cover. Checked into our rooms. Small rooms not cleaned well. Cheap modern look with smudges of dirt on walls door handles bathroom area. Made my Paris experience bad. I didn't feel safe in this hotel. I would leave for the day of site seeing and wonder if my belongings will still be there when I arrived to my room. Anytime I would call to ask for something nobody answers the phone at guest services. I wish I didn't stay here. Strongly consider including breakfast on your room- things are expensive in Paris and the buffet is very comprehensive for both eastern and westerners - including made to order omelettes. I've stayed here several times and couldn't think of a better and more centralized location. I don't believe there is a hotel any closer to the Eiffel tower than this one. Because it's in the center of Paris I have to first recommend being very attentive to your personal belongings. It's not reflective of the hotel but simply a good idea due to the rather significant flow of people in this area. The staff are cordial, accommodating and more than happy to offer suggestions. Rooms to the backside of the hotel are nice and quiet. The hotel has been here for a while it and has undergone several renovations. As a seasoned traveler I do my best to sleep away a bit of jet lag before venturing out. Considering that this can be at any time of the day or night I like that the quiet I find here permits that. There's a Mono Prix close by if you simply want to grab a baguette and a bottle of wine and chill. It's Paris, so it goes without saying that there are countless amazing restaurants within walking distance, which I'll continue to review as my travels bring me here. My morning suggestion - turn left out of the hotel lobby and walk to the corner. Grab a cup of coffee and a crepe, then cross the street and walk down to the river. Sit on one of the concrete pillars and enjoy while watching the boats go by. Then take a stroll along the along the riverwalk and take in a small but intimate part of one of the coolest cities on earth. It's a small ceremony but I do it every time I'm here. My husband booked this room for a surprise birthday trip for me. Our daughter and friend were about two hours ahead of us to surprise me. They booked a double single room and it was on the first floor with a quasi garden view. When they checked in she told the front that we would be checking in after them and she hoped it was a good room since it was my birthday. My husband had booked a deluxe room with a very early booking promotion...our room was on the 9th floor...room 915. We have a premier view of the Eiffel Tower. It truly is a jaw drop room especially when the lights are on and when it sparkles every hour!!!! This is an AMAZING view!!! Our room has been cleaned every day and they change our sheets often. My wife arranged a view of the tower from the room months in advance. Got to the room and can only see the tower when hanging over the balcony. Management said there is a conference and they are booked so they cannot move me to another room. This was supposed to be all setup in advance as a 25th anniversary vacation. But instead of looking at the tower I am looking at kids playing on a soccer field. Not very romantic. I don't recommend this place. Update: I spoke with a manager the next morning and she was much more helpful. She stepped in and located a room (1135) with a great view of the Eiffel Tower that I could see from the bed while sitting. It was awesome and she was super kind and accommodating! Very nice hotel, the view itself if worth it so that's why it gets 3 stars. The service however, is a bit lacking. Check-in took a long time. Many reservation issues with guests before us, so the staff was working to fix it. Eventually, after standing in the lobby for 20 minutes a manager walked to us to assist. He was able to get us checked in, with fantastic service. He even broke some of our larger Euros into smaller bills and coins so we could tip the staff. He was a very pleasant man, and I wish I could remember his name. It seems like 75% of the staff speaks English very fluently, a huge help to us. We were given a room on the 6th floor, and the view was absolutely amazing. I loved the balcony furniture so we could sit outside and enjoy the view with our espresso. The hotel generally smelled like sewage from time to time, and the warmth of the hotel did not help the smell. I've noticed this as a quirk of Paris, and it's not just this hotel. When we checked into our room, someone had drank contents of the mini fridge and left empties inside. I had to ask twice for the contents to be removed and ensure we were not charged for them. Our television also didn't work, and they were unable to fix it. We spent most of our time out, but it would have been nice to watch a little television at night. WiFi was free and great, no complaints there. Our breakfast was included in our reservation, and it was also great with a large variety of items. Security on site at all times, even armed guards outside from time to time. Very safe. There was a dispute with other guests 2 doors down from us, and someone was throwing clothing off of the balcony and yelling one evening lol. They didn't call police, but the staff was at their door addressing the situation. Overall, if I were in Paris again, I think I would return here. read more

My husband and I are on our honeymoon and we have both worked for Accor properties in the past. We had just checked out of the Savoy in London and were very excited to be en route to yet another Accor property but in the lovely Paris. Upon checking in - no bell staff to assist with bags which was very odd to us considering the price per night. Lobby was very hectic and seemed extremely unorganized. We were eventually greeted by a nice blonde woman asking why we were visiting and where we were from. She showed great enthusiasm when she heard it was our honeymoon. She then instructed us that her colleague would check us in. It could have been his first day. This gentleman had no clue what he was doing. The entire process was cringe worthy. From our experience if you are new express that or else you will receive criticism and very confused guests. He did not confirm any details and brushed us off when we were trying to be friendly. Again from working with the brand this is a huge no no. We expressed it was our honeymoon a few times. My husband and I both work a lot and we were excited to relax and splurge as we don't do it often. No amenity in the room which again is major negative in our book as we know what the standard of care is when working with the brand. The only positive about this hotel is the Eiffel Tower next door. We booked the Pullman Eiffel Tower through Hotels.com and splurged on the Deluxe King Room with Balcony and Eiffel Tower View. We paid over $1600 for 5 nights, which is a bit pricey but it was our first time going to Paris, so we decided to go for it! PROS: -The bed was a USA size King bed - Super comfortable!! -Balcony was AMAZING! The views of the Eiffel Tower took our breathe away every time. We kept it open the whole time when we were in our room. The breeze was great and you get to hear the sounds of the city. -The room and bathroom were very modern! CO Bigelow toiletries in the bathroom (awesome!). -Great walking distance to all sites (2 blocks from the Eiffel Tower) -Taxis easily accessible right outside the hotel -FRAME restaurant inside hotel was GREAT! CONS: -There was a mini bar/fridge but no room to store anything else. -There wasn't a clock ANYWHERE in the room. (I know this might sound silly, but we found ourselves relying on our phones/watches in the middle of the night.) -The TV had a mind of its own at times. -Apparently this hotel ONLY believes in AC in the summer (THANK GOD WE GOT THE BALCONY ROOM!). Its a MUST if you are not visiting in the summer months. -There wasn't a designated concierge, which made the front desk line long (people checking in/ checking out/ and concierge questions all in one). -There were ice machines only on ODD number floors, but good luck trying to find a bucket and a working ice machine on the same floor! Even with all these cons - this hotel worth it!! The view, the room itself, and the staff make it worth it!! My main advice - splurge for the balcony room! You wont regret it. read more

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay at the Hotel Pullman Paris Eiffel Tower. The hotel is literally steps away from the Eiffel Tower, the staff is very kind and accommodating, helpful and you get to know them which is great for hospitality when they recognize you and greet you by name. If I had any wishes, they are minimal - additional elevators as they can be busy at times, earlier start time for the concierge and the bathtubs are very Japanese which poses a small problem for mobility challenged guests. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and will return soon. read more

The Eiffel Tower balcony view was nothing short of amazing. I am so happy we got to experience the view. The hotel was about 45-60 mins from the airport. Check-in was very easy. Staff members were attentive to their guests. I am glad we were able to share our Paris experience with Pullman. The room is smaller than a typical hotel in the states, which I was already aware of, so I was not surprised. Their rooms are very modern. I'm not sure if they only had ice on every other floor, but we had to go down to the 7th floor for ice. They only have three elevators, which can take a long time to arrive. There was also an elevator on the side, I'm assuming for the staff members to use to bring guests luggages to their rooms. There was also a grocery store around the corner, which was convenient. PULLMAN TOUR EIFFEL HOTEL is a contemporary hotel about a block from the Eiffel Tower. They have a restaurant called FRAME that serves California fare and servers were friendly and attentive. We had picked the room because of the balcony views of the Eiffel Tower and it did not disappoint. I was sick on my last day in Paris so I'm grateful that the hotel was quiet and I was able to relax and rest. Besides the clean streamlined decor, the room service was fast and well prepared as well. I would give no stars if possible. Although all gussied up from the outside and in spite of its 4 star rating, nothing about the Pullman shines. The rooms are mediocre with threadbare towels and gummy refillable soap dispensers containing watered down products. Beyond insulting is that they charge you for the cheap packets of instant coffee in the room! The closet had 4 hangers in it and there are no drawers, storage space or even shelves in either the bedroom or bathroom. It seems to exclusively serve tour groups and sports teams as the lobby is constantly packed with both. There is little seating in the lobby which is caverns and loud. The breakfast offerings are mediocre at best and the bar limited. Drinks were overpriced and poorly made. The entire hotel is a facade of modern class and luxury when it's little more than an average tourist destination. being within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower doesn't make up for its many shortcomings. I do not recommend this failure of a hotel. read more

BUT we take full responsibility for it-when in France ALWAYS ENTER A ROOM SAYING BONJOUR and they will be happy to help you. If they see you trying to connect they will try to speak English or help you best. We ate at Cafe Ribe on the corner across from Pullman a few times. They are great there too!!!! I have to say I was extremely impressed by this place the moment my taxi pulled up. They came out and greeted us took our bags and followed to check in only to escort up to our room to make sure we liked it. They explained how everything works in the room and asked if we liked the view enough. The view was so breathtaking. The breakfast was great. I pre ordered wines for me and my mom and they had them up in the room ready for us right after we checked in. I really enjoyed the convenience of the taxis always waiting down stairs ready to take you to any destination. Definitely recommend this place. Great location, comfortable bed, nice views. Rooms had a large window with small patio. Very bright, but had room darkening shades. Morning breakfast pretty good. They had an ice machine on each floor, you had to be patient to get ice as it only provided glasses to fill. Was a little disappointed with a very small fridge. It was a mini bar with little room for other things. The TV would test an engineer's ability to find an English speaking channel. It seemed to go on and off while trying to find channels. The shower was equally challenging. It took a while to figure out how to get the shower to work. The location was great. About a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Other sites were very close as well. I would consider staying again mostly for the location. read more

DISCLAIMER: I stayed here twice (stayed in three different rooms) in the summer of '07, when it was still a Hilton hotel. I haven't been here since Accor Hotels acquired it, so I'm not too sure what sort of changes they've made to the interior or service. A few things that wouldn't have changed and are worth mentioning: * The rooms are relatively spacious by Parisian standards. * The view is INCREDIBLE if you get a room facing the Eiffel Tower! (See pictures.) I was lucky to have gotten the rate of $120 off of Hotwire, then upgraded to an Executive Room with a view of the Eiffel Tower for an additional $50. The pictures don't do justice to the real experience of watching the Eiffel at sunset ... and then all the way until they turned the lights out just a few hours before dawn. The neighborhood itself isn't the best.. but it's only a block or two away from the Eiffel Tower and is a few meters away from the metro station. read more

There are only 3 employees working, and there are literally hundreds of people coming in every hour. If you want a room without a 3 hour wait, I suggest you stay somewhere else. Look at the photos I posted below, there's a huge crowed, all waiting to check in. There are only 3 employees checking people in right now. But wait there is MORE! Careful with your breakfast! Firstly, there are two different types of breakfast one that is 13 euros for bread and yogurt and one that includes more protein like eggs and beans. They try to charge people for the more expensive breakfast!! We saw that 3 people in front of us were charged and they didn't have the "American" breakfast. We paid everyday after we ate in euros, cash. Upon the "fast" checkout they tried to charge us for breakfast for everyday of our stay. It took 30 minutes to resolve this issue!!! We could have missed our flight. On top of it, one of the managers in the kitchen yelled at my father for including fruit in his continental breakfast (cheeper 13 euros breakfast). He is a manager in the breakfast area, his name starts with an H and he is tan. My father took the fruit for the cheeper non American breakfast because we were told it is included in the continental breakfast. What gives anyone the right to yell at anyone, especially when you are paying to be in their hotel. Overall if you want them to steel from you, if you like 5 hour check ins and 30-40 min check outs, then stay here. There's a lot of hotels in Paris and I STRONGLY RECOMMEND staying some where else. There are positives to this hotel, like the location, and the size of the junior suite but Upon your check out make sure they don't try to add additional charges! Double check everything they say, and get things in writing. Don't expect a room to be ready when you get of the plane, and plan WAY ahead for check out. read more

Visited April 2010 My family & I really enjoyed our stay here. Great hotel with an awesome view of the Eiffel Tower! If you're lucky to get a room on that side of the hotel that is ;) Very clean hotel. Extremely helpful & friendly staff! You get free drink coupons for their bar upon check in! They can help you out with getting around the area. The lobby area has quick check in/check out kiosks, HP touchscreen computers with Internet access to quickly look up whatever you need to. Also, they have a business center across from the desk area, that you can use for the Internet or for any business needs or printing you may have to do. Breakfast was included every morning. The food was better than average & definitely on par with the rest of the hotel. Great selection. Fresh squeezed juices, fresh baked baguettes, chocolate croissants, cheeses galore, fresh fruit, different types of cold cuts, hot items, cooked to order eggs, cooked to order crepes & waffles!! Oh man, I could not get enough! The room was pretty decent, not quite as big as in the States, but that is pretty much the norm in Europe anyways. The view was incredible, especially at night when the light show on the Tower starts. The only downside was the construction going on outside on the street. However, we were never in the room long enough for it to bother us ;) There are plenty of little cafes & restaurants nearby & even a Laundromat, which my daughter & I enjoyed firsthand. Also, pharmacies & even a hospital not too far away, which we actually had to go to, since my Ex had an episode of strep due to the severe weather change. That was quite an experience, to say the least. I had to summon all of my French speaking abilities to communicate at that hospital, since all of the personnel hardly spoke any English. However, we got through it & they were very helpful. Overall it was a great experience & I would definitely recommend this hotel & I would definitely stay here again. read more

On our first day of arrival at the Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel Hotel on 11/4/2017, my uncle's backpack was stolen inside the hotel lobby within 20min of arrival. The entire crime was captured on the hotel surveillance camera and the police report was provided, but the duty managers and the hotel general manger denied all liabilities of the incident. Because according to them, the hotel lobby is considered a public area, therefore, the hotel does not have any control over their securities. The only service Pullman Paris Hotel provided to us, was calling for a local doctor into the hotel to prescribe medications as my uncle urgently needed them. Even the local police agreed that the hotel should be liable for our lose and mental stress. Worst of all, when we requested that the hotel should at very least compensate us for a meal at the hotel restaurant, after a very unpleasant and chaotic day. The night manager~ Jean Arnaud simply said "sorry, there's nothing I can do for you not even a discount to our restaurant". The one mistake we've made was being too trusting. My uncle stepped away from his backpack for couple minutes while my aunt sat next to it. We trusted the hotel would provide the utmost security to all customers, unfortunately this wasn't the case and worst of all, they felt irresponsible and indifferent of the entire incident. A copy of the police report was provided to the hotel duty manager on 11/4/2017. As of today, no updates were provided to us regarding the incident. Our total loss was over 1600 Euros, and Pullman Paris hotel offered 36Euros taxi expenses to the pharmacy and police stations as a goodwill gesture. Stayed in an Eiffel Tower balcony room and it was beautiful. Would have preferred if our balcony had a table or some chairs but we managed to get the desk chair out to the balcony. Room was a normal sized room- nothing too big or too small. Everything was clean and orderly, and the staff was very nice and helpful. Didn't give us any problems with any requests or questions. The maid seemed a little lazy as she hesitated to refill our tissues for 3 nights and a few other things I would have liked differently. We had a trip booked and fully paid for July of 2020. Covid made us cancel/reschedule. The hotel said they would give us credits for the stay, to just call when we were ready to reschedule. Every time we tried they said "send it in an email" we did over and Over and OVER for 3 months!!! Well they never did it so we had to use our own money to rebook somewhere else. I called and told the reception desk twists been going on, she took my messages and she said she'd hand the manager the message and they'd call back within 24 hours. NOPE! Wonderful location, literally a couple blocks away from the Eiffel Tower. Concierge and Lobby Staff aren't the friendliest, or most enthusiastic of faces, but the service industry in France, from my experience, is pretty much the same. Upon arrival (we landed at the airport very early) our rooms weren't ready for check-in, but they kindly accommodated us and gave us at least one room to leave our luggage and freshen up for the day. Unfortunately it was a room without a view of the Eiffel Tower. The second room which wasn't ready until much later that day was another room without a view. Make sure when booking that you specifically request it or you will not get one. The room layouts/size aren't terrible, but definitely don't reflect the price you're paying. The hair dryers provided are very high quality, three settings for air and three temperature settings, and the showers aren't what I'm used to in the states, but the water temperature and pressure are decent. My biggest complaint is the lobby ALWAYS SMELLS terrible, there's a restaurant connected to the lobby and it always smells like fried greasy oily food masked with mens cologne in the lobby, literally every time you walk in, which is a major turn off. Another major con: NO TEMPERATURE CONTROL in your room. That's right, you have a fake thermostat that does nothing for the room temperature. I stayed here in March, Spring time, and it was hot! The room with the lights on felt like a sauna, when we complained they just told us to open a window. The best thing about this place aside from being walking distance to the Eiffel Tower is the big breakfast they serve in the morning, which puts any U.S hotel continental breakfast to shame. read more

When I booked this hotel I was a little nervous since the other reviews were not the best. However I worried for nothing. Check in was a breeze. Internet ran well very day. There was hot water. No noises from other rooms. The staff was exceptional excellent service. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Rooms were spotless. When we left early on a Saturday morning we had problems with uber getting to the hotel. However the bellman made sure we canceled the uber order so we wouldn't be charged and got us taxi. Thank you Pullman hotel for making our first trip to Paris memorable!! read more

Nice hotel. Great Bar. I did not get a room with a view. Large windows that open to let in outside air since there was not hotel AC in March and we had very warm weather. Short walk to Eiffel Tower and Trains. Lots of nearby restaurants. read more

During a weekend in Paris we stayed at the Hilton hotel. The location of the hotel is very well only a few meters from the Eiffel tower. From the balcony in front of the room we had a beautiful view on the Eiffel tower. The rooms were very clean and modern, but our room and the bed was very small. Our expectations of the Hilton hotel were not fully met. read more
