After being served a starter soup that had the exact flavor and consistency of Spaghetti-O's, I did not have high hopes for the main course of cheese enchiladas with mole.
However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the mole was complex, grassy, and herby without any of the excessive sweetness that can start cloying with black mole. It wasn't particularly hot, and the tortillas were a bit stale, but if I said I didn't try to steal way more than my share off my partner's plate, I'd be lying. The mole was quite addictive.
