They were good, but heavy on the cinnamon. The Hashwa plate did not have the protein to rice ratio for the price. The Bemye stew hit the spot. All the Mediterranean flavors I love blended perfectly. I always get the chicken shawarma platter--juicy, flavorful chicken, ridiculously good basmati rice, fresh salad, pita, and sauces that have NO business being that good. The tzatziki? I need about four servings because apparently everything needs to be drenched. I do think they're skimping a little on the chicken lately, but for around $15, it's still filling and worth it. Service is always kind, and the place was packed at lunch. Bathrooms are older and dated, but listen...I'm here for shawarma, not a spa day. I live in Tulsa and still stop here whenever I'm in OKC. See you again soon, Jerusalem.

The seating area is small and homey. This will stay in our rotation

Thanks to the variant whose name I dare not speak, we're back to take out only. We placed an order and it was ready in 15 minutes. They were so friendly when they took our order. When we arrived, it was ready for us. The entire place seemed spotless and the staff was friendly. When we got our food home, we were very happy with the packaging, the portions, and the presentation. We ordered the gyro platter (my go-to), chicken tawook, beef kebabs, falafel, pita, hummus and greek salad. We all loved the food, from my picky dad who is a meat-and-potatoes guy, to my 6 year old who asked for seconds and then thirds! Even my mom (who eats even her favorite meals like a bird) loved everything and ate more than usual. The meat seemed to be especially high quality, and the gyro wasn't greasy at all. The rice was a hit with my kids, and my daughter figured out on her own how good it is to add a little tzatziki to your rice. I thought the pita was especially good - fluffy pillows of pita, as it should be! Next time, I'll try and order something that packs in a few more veggies. We ate all the zucchini pretty quickly and aside from the greek salad there wasn't much more in the way of veg. That's my fault for ordering weird, but the first time you order from a place, it's hard to know if the kebabs and tawook come with a veggie skewer or not. So now I know, gotta add some of the $3 grilled veggie skewers from the sides menu. That I can do! I'm sure this will become a stable for us.

We tried the chicken kabob and beef kabob dinners. The rice was also amazing. Our server brought us samples of a garlic spread and their tzatziki sauce - both were impressive.
