So, Athleta has a lifetime warranty on their products, and you can return/exchange items anytime,…read morefor any reason (their words, not mine). I chatted to an Athleta customer service rep before going to Southpoint to confirm. They confirmed. The woman working here let me know that, because I wore the item more than once, it's not "really" returnable. And that the pilling on my leggings are normal "wear and tear". (I'll note: i typically love Athleta but I've had some leggings for 5+ years with zero pilling...Athleta leggings should not pill). She said returns/exchanges are up to store discretion, contrary to the global return policy. And her decision was to not accept my leggings. What made matters worse was when she picked up the phone, held it to her ear, clearly about to take another call -- all while I was talking to her. It was clear she was trying to end the conversation and rush me out. I knew this person was wrong, so I called the Athleta customer service dept on the drive home, who confirmed that this person was indeed wrong. In their words: "She should have accepted your leggings." They offered to call her directly and read her the policy, or help me resolve the issue via email. I chose the latter -- mostly because this person made me pretty uncomfortable in-store. I normally love Athleta, but this woman's attitude was pretty rough and her refusal to honor Athleta's exchange policy was just not ok. Thankfully, Athleta corporate came through.

I can't believe I walked by this store so many times and never stopped to look inside. I'm glad I…read moregave it a try, there are so many nice things! I tried on a bunch of swimsuits and found it very hard to choose one because they all fit so well! Plenty of coverage, but still flattering shapes and vibrant colors. It looked like there were plenty of beach cover-ups, skirts, shirts and other non-sporty clothes, but also a lot of athletic apparel. Next time I need something in that department I will definitely stop by. The prices are below Lululemon and in range of Nike and New Balance. My swimsuit top was around $60 and the bottom $50.

I walked in the store and sat down. The sales associate, Laura asked if she could be of any assistance. I told her what I was looking for and she asked another associate, Jenny for assistance. When I tell you these ladies allowed me to sit as they checked their stores for items that would work for me. They treated me as if I was some millionaire and they were my personal shoppers. Although we didn't find a complete outfit we did find a blouse. Jenny helped me save some much money I walked out of there and only spent $13.41. That's it. Not even $20 and these ladies treated me as if I spent thousands of dollars. I highly recommend this store, this location and these sales associates.

The materials and styles just aren't what they used to be - especially in the realm of professional wear. I have a gift certificate to use from Christmas. I've visited several times since then and always end up leaving empty handed and sad that I couldn't find something that would be suitable for work. There's only two companies dedicated to plus size clothing in the area, so it makes shopping really depressing at times. Really hoping they will work on the issues on the purchasing level.

Love Home Goods! Hate the crowds but the store is great which is why it's crowded all the time…read more This one is a great shopping center close to Target, Michael's, Kirkland's and some food places. The store can feel cluttered but has great selection. I always go here for olive oil or salt and pepper because it is always cheaper here than in the store. I also love the teas they have. Nice furniture options too, but can be pricey compared to At Home. The staff is always nice and the lines are long but never take forever to get through.
