Old Navy has some great back to school deals. We were in the store taking advantage of some of these offers. I noticed that a couple shirts my kids wanted that they saw online were about $10 more in the store than online. The cashier was willing to match the online price and save me the $10 for both shirts. It was a little busy in the store and so some of the merchandise was a little messy, which made certain sizes harder to find but we managed and were able to get what we wanted and head out within about 20-30 minutes. The greeter was next level. She was so kind to my kids when we arrived and when we left. She had some shopping bags and buggies ready for each customer that came through the door as well as a kind word and a smile. read more

This outlet generally has some solid deals and is large, even by Old Navy standards. Their store is well organized in terms of sections, with men and boys sections on half of the store and the women and girls sections on the other half. Clearance clothes are sprinkled throughout, though there are a few noticeable sections. On my last visit, I was looking for clothes for two babies, one boy and one girl. They had some great deals on clothes, and I found some great options in the clearance section. Things are a little disorganized in terms of sizes in the clearance section, but with the deep discounts I didn't mind too much. I found an adorable winter jacket for one of the babies and it was less than $10. I also managed to get various onesies and baby tees for four dollars each each or less. They do tend to have some great options for plus size women's clothing. I love their cotton dresses and their jeans are available in a wide variety of styles and sizes. A challenge I have with not just this Old Navy, but many of them, is that almost all of their items are marked as "discounted. So, you are constantly having to do math to try to figure out how much things actually cost. There are price checkers, but those only go so far. On the few times I've visited this location, the associates have been helpful when I asked questions. It usually does take a little bit to find an available associate when weekend shopping though. Overall, I think this is a great place to stop in if you are doing Outlet shopping. read more

I like Old Navy. The good ones are usually well organized and despite customers who pick up and put down merchandise seemingly randomly, most of them do a good job of keeping the shelves stocked and the items fluffed and folded. Stopping into this outlet store today, I was hoping to find some inexpensive dress shirts. The selection was good in the medium sizes but like a bell curve, they dribbled out into the larger sizes. Jeans? Not a chance. Still, the store was tidy and the staff was helpful. read more

This is a convenient location for me, since I make pretty frequent trips to Raleigh now. This was my second time in... On the hunt for a cami & thanks to the locator service online, I saw they had my size in stock vs. my local store at home. I was on my way home from Raleigh & stopped in. The store is pretty huge & thankfully, product wasn't packed in at every possible opening. I like how Old Navy stores have their layouts & clothes are presented well. For a Thursday, summer afternoon around 4:15, they weren't busy, so I was able to find my cami quickly, got checked out immediately & get back on I-85 S in no time. The store was clean & employees were friendly. They have plenty of parking. No complaints! read more

Unfortunately my experience was the worst ever. I went shopping as any normal person, while searching for outfits, I put my bag from another store beside me to hold the garment and my bag disappears. I call the store manager and ask her to investigate, she says there is nothing in the camera. Then I call the police and they come and investigate and yes there is a lady who took my bags and went easily out of the store!!! I hate that the store manager lied about everything! she didn't want to tell me the truth. This is the last time I would shop in this store ever. Be ware people, it is full of shoplifters!!! read more
