We then walked across to a different shoe store & the young lady inside said that the manager at Cole Haan makes up her own hours & that they're always closing early and opening late. That's inconvenient but whatever. They clearly don't need the sales, and their shoes are overpriced anyway IMO. He was able to find the shoes he liked for less online.
