There was also a buy more save more coupon that was applied to my order that saved me $20 off the entire order. All of the sales ladies at the store were very very helpful, but Von was amazing! Store was clean and everything was laid out in a way that was easy to find. My problem is with the staffing. There was no one near the dressing rooms, I had to get the cashier to help and unlock them. Sadly she was the only one there. Check out took forever coz of just one person. There was one more person "in training" that could not help. The cashier was not friendly, never asked about gap rewards, which is a usual, anytime you go to Gap, old navy or banana republic. So I had to have her pull up my info and rewards.

I noticed that a couple shirts my kids wanted that they saw online were about $10 more in the store than online. The cashier was willing to match the online price and save me the $10 for both shirts. It was a little busy in the store and so some of the merchandise was a little messy, which made certain sizes harder to find but we managed and were able to get what we wanted and head out within about 20-30 minutes. The greeter was next level. She was so kind to my kids when we arrived and when we left. She had some shopping bags and buggies ready for each customer that came through the door as well as a kind word and a smile.

With Joe's jeans, you can be a different size with each style, so it helps to have someone [like Taila] there guiding you on what's the best fit and style for you. With Joes, I love that you do not have to be stick skinny. They fit your legs appropriately and also fit your waist. This completely eliminates the issue of having to wear a belt because the pants fit your thighs, but not your waist, or vise versa. Overall a wonderful experience. I was in a hurry; I walked out with 3 great pairs of pants within 30 minutes.
