I did have to ask for help a couple times in the fitting room however. The fitting rooms were very picked up and neat. The store was clean. Closer folded and things are easy to find. This is part of a newer outlet store. There are convenient restrooms located right outside the doors of the store. Parking is pretty easy for the store. And it is located right off the highway. He never asked if I needed help finding anything. However he did ask every other lady standing around me if he could help them. The snobby staff should learn that, just because someone is wearing jeans and a sweatshirt on a rainy day, it doesn't mean they aren't good enough to shop in the store.

My friend browsed around quickly & you could see how impatient the staff were and how they wanted us out. I tried to rush him, but there's no rushing him. Finally, I was able to get him out at 7:02 pm. We then walked across to a different shoe store & the young lady inside said that the manager at Cole Haan makes up her own hours & that they're always closing early and opening late. That's inconvenient but whatever. They clearly don't need the sales, and their shoes are overpriced anyway IMO. He was able to find the shoes he liked for less online. I won't be going back although they had some cute shoes in there. If you go, make sure that you go way before 7 pm.

They had a $30 off of $200 coupon that we tried to use, but we were 4 cents away from $200 & had to add something else just to be able to use the coupon. Ugh!!!! I bought a bracelet for $56 after tax at Saks Off Fifth online. The bracelet website listing said "Diameter, about 8'-8.5"." This indicates 8 feet to 8.5 inches, obviously a typo, but it seems to indicate 8-8.5 inches diameter. I measured the bracelet with a ruler, and it was only 2.5 inches in diameter. It stretches to 4 inches, but I think it would break beyond that. The item is the Jean Claude Turquoise, Hematite and Sterling Silver Beaded Bracelet. The beads are waxy and feel plasticky. The wire connecting the beads is a cheap plastic wire, which could be found in a kid's bracelet-making kit. The bead color is absolutely different from the listing image, much darker and more uniform in color, and not typical of other turquoise. I am not pursuing a return because Saks Off Fifth's return process is a nightmare and takes far longer than the 30 days they say it will take, requiring a BBB complaint and getting the run-around over and over before resolution (which I experienced with another purchase with them). I also visited the physical Mebane location, and there, the staff were helpful and the selection was OK. My review primarily reflects my online experience with the same company.

They received the return of 2 items but gave me credit back for 1. It took me 2 months of constantly calling them and finally telling them that I will take them to court over it, to get the return. I made the mistake of ordering from them again. I returned the shoes. They marked that they accepted the shoes and never made the return of the money to my CC. Now I am in telephone calls with them again to try and get my money. They steal money and I think they do it on purpose, hoping that customers won't notice that they did not get the money back. It is a very dishonest company. STAY AWAY!
