I booked a job in Mid-July for an end of August move through the UHaul site. All I needed were 2 people to load my truck with my larger furniture items. I had booked other movers in the afternoon to unload the truck as I was moving out of state and had explained this to them. I had to call multiple times to nail down a start time and was told they only schedule a start time a few days before the move. In the end, they called me 15 minutes before the start time to tell me there was a "mover emergency" and wouldn't be able to be there for another 2 hours. When I told them that I would start to load my truck and might only need them for the hour I got a rude response and was told I might as well just cancel it. I did. Maybe they double booked? Maybe there was an emergency? Maybe there was a better payout on another gig? We'll never know but I know that I would go anywhere else before I book with them again. Thanks guys! You saved me a couple hundred bucks!

I made it clear that I had a lot of large, heavy furniture and I also told them the sizes of the two storage units that I wanted emptied and brought to my new house. I specifically asked if it would all fit and if they would make multiple trips. I was quoted a price for six hours including tax. They did bring most of the large, heavy stuff but took NONE of the boxes. Now I am left to empty half of a 10x25 unit in MANY trips in my car. Not only that, but one of the movers spent a lot of time trying to get out a splinter (using tweezers that I offered) and using the bathroom and the other guy stood around waiting for him. This caused me to be charged for an extra hour. I'm grateful for what they did, but it wasn't as much as I was expecting. I'm older and on a limited budget so I went with the lower priced option because she said they would handle it, but they didn't and now my arthritic knees and back are paying for it.

I was in my house I can be whenever and say what I want. They are getting paid and even my neighbors heard him. He told my mom. My parents had another move already scheduled with them different gentlemen showed up this time thank goodness but before they even started moving they asked for their tip! I've tried to contact the office several times especially about the first gentleman's behavior cuz it was almost abusive and nobody answers and you cannot get a hold of anyone. I'm guessing cuz they don't want these type of phone calls. The three men today said that the company tells them to ask for the tip In the beginning and my parents did buy them lunch as well and I was going to let it go but this is the second horrible experience in the first one the man was actually verbally abusive to a degree where I had to actually stick up for myself and yell. If they did a good job it might be worth it but I'm not sure that any of them actually are experienced in this I've had several moves myself and have never witnessed people dropping furniture like this or asking for a tip or being rude. Danielle was my saving grace and kept me sane through this whole process. They worked with me and scheduling and made it all less stressful. The movers on both occassions showed up early and ready to go and were very professional. I recommend them 10000000%.
