    I hired Edwin and his crew to move us from one apartment to another within 8 miles. I started out with great expectations based on the price they gave us. At the end of the day they charged us $2,300 and had quoted us at $800.simce it ended up being so much longer than what we expected time wise we were able to be okay with the $2,300. The next day I needed them to put together my TVs and beds. They came to do this and I left the apartment for a bit. When I came back I found that the had just thrown the kitchen supplies into the cabinets, not organizing anything, and didn't put the beds together properly for a total charge of $500 for 3 hours. I even bought the guys pizza. I have been in touch several times with Edwin to fix the bed, and he has yet to arrange a time to fix them with me. As a fellow small business owner I know how important clients satisfaction is, and I am very disappointed in their customer service.

    Warning! Don't use this unprofessional and dishonest company! Save your money and time before you regret of using them as I wish We never hired them! the owner denied the facts and made zero effort to solve the mistake they made! He doesn't have an idea how to run a business. My husband and I hired your TOP MOVERS company in June! My husband contacted the owner and scheduled a month ahead of time. His movers got 2 hours and half late at our place! And that changed our plan entirely!! We texted him and told him the movers were late!!! But his communication was very poor! First he said we should call him in 15 minutes and then in the next texts he said they Are on their way So we never got a clear answer what was going on!! he stopped responding our calls and then finally they were 2 hours and half late! they even told us they stopped to grab coffee and that is why they were late. At the end We did not move in a same day because we reserved the elevator in our new place to load stuff that we were only allowed to use for a few hours and since the movers were late and they said it takes them 3 hours to load truck We lost the time and couldn't use elevator!!! The manager never apologized and was yelling on the phone and blaming us for the problem he and his team made!!! It was like we owed him something or we were late!!! which I never saw before a business blame customers when it's about that business own fault!!! And it made me very upset how a business is so unprofessional!! After we found we don't have time to and it's late to find another moving company so under pressure with no choice we got in agreement to move the day after! But a few hours later we canceled because we could not trust them anymore and called another moving company and thankfully they had time and sent movers next day..... we paid $50 deposit and when the movers where at house in the middle of high stress arguments , they asked us to pay $100 because they hired a truck and they don't have their own truck. we paid the money and we wanted to be done with the situation. but after they left we thought they don't deserve to get paid extra because they were late. after filing a BBB Complaint on this company they never apologized or never made an effort to refund our money in their response! He never gave an acceptable reason why his movers were late even he literally said it was not a big deal! He is not able to understand by being his movers late it changed our moving plan entirely and we didn't move the same day for no good reason! even he mentioned that he doesn't remember me as his customer But yet he continued to write as though he and his movers are the victims! I will make sure to warn friends and family to not use this unprofessional and dishonest company because nobody deserves this kind of terrible customer services. Here are the screenshots of his responses to my complaint and it's obvious this company doesn't care about customers and doesn't take responsibility for mistakes they made! The $100 charge for Truck fee when even they didn't load the truck was absolutely illegal!

    My parents hired them to move things from their house to mine. They they're my house without me…read moreknowing and when I said something one gentleman became extremely angry and rude and that set the tone for the rest of the move. He said things like" get away from us and let me do my," most likely because they didn't want me seeing them drop a large antique china closet 3x. I was in my house I can be whenever and say what I want. They are getting paid and even my neighbors heard him. He told my mom. My parents had another move already scheduled with them different gentlemen showed up this time thank goodness but before they even started moving they asked for their tip! I've tried to contact the office several times especially about the first gentleman's behavior cuz it was almost abusive and nobody answers and you cannot get a hold of anyone. I'm guessing cuz they don't want these type of phone calls. The three men today said that the company tells them to ask for the tip In the beginning and my parents did buy them lunch as well and I was going to let it go but this is the second horrible experience in the first one the man was actually verbally abusive to a degree where I had to actually stick up for myself and yell. If they did a good job it might be worth it but I'm not sure that any of them actually are experienced in this I've had several moves myself and have never witnessed people dropping furniture like this or asking for a tip or being rude. I know I can't act like that at my job that's for sure!

We had run ourselves ragged for the better part of a week after our father had fallen. The day of the move my wife contacted Chris to make certain that we were still on for the 11am move. Chris answered the phone and told her "This was not the case. I will call you back." We waited 15 minutes and then I called back. Chris answered the phone. I stated to him that my wife had called and we were just looking for confirmation that they were showing up at 11am. He told me he had just talked to my wife 2 minutes ago. I told Chris that he had not - my wife was waiting for a confirmation. Chris then told me that he had. I told him again that he had not. That's when things went south. Both of our voices and tempers got heated as I was trying to get across to Chris that he was wrong. While I did yell at Chris - I never swore. This guy told me "don't f?)(;ing talk to me like that or I will ruin your f$&(ing day." He said the guys would be there. I told him they better be and hung up. He called me back with even more expletives - telling me again that "he would ruin my f)$(ing day." He was now screaming - telling me the schedule was on some web site. Chris never told my wife this - he may say he did - but he didn't. This Chris is unhinged. What exactly did "ruin my f$&;ing day" mean? He knew our address, was he threatening me and my wife with physical violence? Was he going to damage our property? I needed these guys to show up because this was the only window we had - so I shut my mouth. Two young men, Ken and Jake, did show up and did a great job. However - note that this is not a professional moving company. They are basically two guys and a truck. They showed up in a rented Penske truck with blankets and a hand truck. Nothing was wrapped or put in boxes. They did not have straps to tie the furniture down. They did their best with what they had to work with. Chris did call my wife and left me a VM to apologize that indeed - he was wrong. He stated that "I had two women with the same first name and that had never happened before and this is how he got confused." I have been in sales all my life and have dealt with a bunch of moving companies. I have never spoken to anyone like this - nor has any moving company every spoken to me like this. I will be filing complaints with his Franchise Company, the Better Business Bureau, Yelp, Angie, and anyone and everyone I can find. We are cleaning out our parents home now and need more moving services - a bunch of business to be had - guess who we won't be calling.
