I couldn't recommend these guys more. Chris made scheduling a breeze and Justin was a fast, efficient, and kind mover on the day-of. He actually showed up two hours early and had everything done before the time he was originally scheduled to arrive! Everyone was impressed at how quickly and safely he handled everything, especially when navigating some delicate glassware and strangely-shaped items down steep turning steps. We engaged with this company because we needed a vehicle and some fresh bodies to help move a couple of things into our parents assisted living facility. We had run ourselves ragged for the better part of a week after our father had fallen. The day of the move my wife contacted Chris to make certain that we were still on for the 11am move. Chris answered the phone and told her "This was not the case. I will call you back." We waited 15 minutes and then I called back. Chris answered the phone. I stated to him that my wife had called and we were just looking for confirmation that they were showing up at 11am. He told me he had just talked to my wife 2 minutes ago. I told Chris that he had not - my wife was waiting for a confirmation. Chris then told me that he had. I told him again that he had not. That's when things went south. Both of our voices and tempers got heated as I was trying to get across to Chris that he was wrong. While I did yell at Chris - I never swore. This guy told me "don't f?)(;ing talk to me like that or I will ruin your f$&(ing day." He said the guys would be there. I told him they better be and hung up. He called me back with even more expletives - telling me again that "he would ruin my f)$(ing day." He was now screaming - telling me the schedule was on some web site. Chris never told my wife this - he may say he did - but he didn't. This Chris is unhinged. What exactly did "ruin my f$&;ing day" mean? He knew our address, was he threatening me and my wife with physical violence? Was he going to damage our property? I needed these guys to show up because this was the only window we had - so I shut my mouth. Two young men, Ken and Jake, did show up and did a great job. However - note that this is not a professional moving company. They are basically two guys and a truck. They showed up in a rented Penske truck with blankets and a hand truck. Nothing was wrapped or put in boxes. They did not have straps to tie the furniture down. They did their best with what they had to work with. Chris did call my wife and left me a VM to apologize that indeed - he was wrong. He stated that "I had two women with the same first name and that had never happened before and this is how he got confused." I have been in sales all my life and have dealt with a bunch of moving companies. I have never spoken to anyone like this - nor has any moving company every spoken to me like this. I will be filing complaints with his Franchise Company, the Better Business Bureau, Yelp, Angie, and anyone and everyone I can find. We are cleaning out our parents home now and need more moving services - a bunch of business to be had - guess who we won't be calling. read more

After a 2 bedroom move, I would never use this company again. Owner promised 2 trucks, but only came with one. The single truck broke down after being fully loaded. Went back to the house after movers left and saw they forgot a ton of large items on their second trip. Called the owner, asked if he could send another truck the next day, and he said I should get another company to finish the move because he "didn't like my tone". I disputed the credit card charge because the move wasn't complete, and owner threatened me by saying he lived in the same town. The mover guys were great, but the owner was horrendous. Moving is stressful enough. And there are plenty of other moving companies out there. After our experience, don't take a chance, just go with someone else. read more

Pros- I will start with the actual two movers who physically completed my move, could not have been nicer and did a great job given the circumstances. Cons - After waiting an hour past when we scheduled, I finally called to see if everything was ok and what time I should expect them. Chris runs the company very poorly. I had closed on our home and was under a deadline. We recently moved from Rhode Island to Florida 9/14/2020. I called Chris at the moving company set the date and time that I would need them not sure how long but for probably 3 or more hours. It was all set for Saturday September 12th at 12:pm. I called at 12:20 to see what was up. They contacted me at 12:35 to say they would be running late and they would be there late afternoon at around 5 or 6 pm. I said absolutely not that would be unacceptable. Chris called back and said he would send 2 guys at 2pm. The 2 young men showed up and after 2 hours they said Chris said they had to leave. The moving was not complete and I said they could not just leave I was assured they would be at my home for as long as I needed them because I was unsure how long it would take. The young man said he has rent and bills and Chris is his boss and that is who he needs to answer to. They did a good job while they were there I did try calling Chris on 2 separate times to ask for more help before the young men left he did not answer the phone nor did he call me back himself. One of the young man called 2 hours later and said he would be able to give me time when they were through with the job they were on. I declined, our family and friends helped and we did make it to Florida without the use of Chris and his team to finish the job. read more

Recently moved from an apartment into my first house, 3/27/20, right before the Covid-19 lockdown, and I am so grateful these guys were available and willing to be there for me! My two guys, Josue and Nate were absolute sweethearts - fun, friendly, and full of optimism the whole day. They seemed genuinely happy to help in every way, and even got creative when we had problems getting my couch into the new house... took good measurements, popped out the front window in the living room, and we hoisted it in that way. Their willingness to think outside the box saved me a lot of anxiety that day, and I was really grateful for their can-do attitude through the whole thing. Great guys! Was told I would receive a call the day of the move with a specific timetable. A half-hour after my appointment window I called because I still hadn't heard anything and was told that the movers were running a little late that day coming from Connecticut. Movers then showed up 3 hours late and didn't wear masks properly when inside. Upon arrival it was now dark but they estimated the job would be done in an hour. Movers were pleasant and courteous throught the whole process. However there was damage caused to the condo unit, the shared hallways, and the furniture pieces themselves. The contents were delivered to 3 different locations, Pawtucket, Lincoln, and Franklin, MA. This crew of 3 movers completed the job in 4 hours. Great guys, efficient, energetic, and polite. Throughout the move they were attentive to detail and very careful with fragile items. Scheduled a 2PM move, got to 2:30, nobody showed up so we called. Guy answering the phone was extremely rude. "We are running several hours behind. Don't you understand what several means? Cons: Broken: 1 ottoman / coffee table Examples of items left behind: -kettlebells -2 small lamps -large dog cage -small box of first aid/ cosmetic items I am 5 1/2 months pregnant, so it was my husband who had to deal with moving all the extra items without help. It was especially frustrating since they left an hour early with so many items still left. When I called Chris to talk about getting a partial refund, I made the mistake of mentioning that the guys came two hours after the appointment time. I should have just focused on the big things I cared about. He repeatedly spoke over me to direct me to the arrival policy on the website. They do have a policy about arrival times; however, this wasn't the real issue and he would not speak to me, insisting I read the website so that we could have an "informed" discussion. I thought that could have been handled better, considering the other problems here. I was cautioned not to leave a review to just avoid getting into a back-and-forth, but I was so frustrated and I would have handled things differently if I had known more about how they operate. The Movers came on time and were fantastic! The owner Chris was fantastic and accommodated all of my requests! The cost was very reasonable.

The movers were extremely slow and took more than 10 hours to move our two bedroom apartment to a house 20 minutes away. They didn't wrap any of the furniture with moving blankets and nearly all of our furniture was scratched in the move. They put our dining room table face down in the bottom of their truck with no padding and it was covered in scratches when they unloaded it. They also broke our TV and one of our chairs. They didn't bring their own tools and borrowed screwdrivers and even a moving cart from us. They also asked my husband to help disassemble furniture. I wish we just rented a uhaul and did the move ourselves. It probably would have been faster and our furniture wouldn't be so damaged. read more

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL- UNTRUSTWORTHY- I booked a move on 3/6/21 and no one showed up. When I called, I was told I never booked and was called annoying for complaining. I paid my $70.00 deposit on 3/5/21 and spoke to Chris on the phone on 3/6/21 and we booked the move. He confirmed the price, move locations, and gave me a price quote. He told me to check the calendar on the website and I would see my appointment. When I didn't see the appointment posted I called and left a voicemail. He never called me back. Chris denied that I ever spoke to him. (Even though I have the incoming call in my recent calls) Chris hung up on me, called me back and started to complain about an email and the hung up again. I had an excellent moving experience with two young studs. The owner, Chris, was easy to get a hold of and very responsive to phone calls throughout the whole process. We even had to reschedule our move the day before the originally scheduled date, and Chris easily accommodated this. On moving day, Devon and Joe showed up ready to work. They safely and efficiently loaded up the truck, and seamlessly unloaded it at our destination without any damage to our belongings. Joe was clearly experienced with packing the truck well so items would be safe. They both took time and care with moving everything, especially the big and expensive items like drawers and TVs. They were also friendly, kind, and easy to work with. Lastly, their pricing is also very competitive, which I see as an added bonus on top of the great service.
