First you told a story full of falsehoods that totally negated my experience. Basically proving my points! Then for a moment, you seemed to be respecting my experience, finally saying, "Your concerns about my communication and approach are valuable, and I'm committed to refining how I connect with patients." But you deleted that today and instead put this "It is unfortunate that we were not able to find common ground and connect despite my sincere attempts -- this was a first for me." Ah again you're the hero and my feedback and sincere attempts are invisible. And was common ground the point? Not your skill at what you promise? Or caring about the patient's actual experience, not just your story about who you think you are? And I bet this has happened before. You make it hard to be heard. Which was basically my point. You worked hard to make this something wrong with me. I asked for what I needed at the session and you brushed that aside. You didn't see it.
