Her advice exceeded my expectations…read more She laid out a plan, was very specific (which I liked) and offered evidence-based rationale for the decisions. A lot of preconceived notions about diet - which I had probably accumulated in the 70's and 80's - were dispelled. I feel a lot more confident now about my diet, and don't have to guess.
