I bought a washer and dryer combo about a year ago. It's worked great, but yesterday it had an issue with the washer. I went to their business today and explained what it was doing, and within two minutes, they had it diagnosed without even bringing it to them and left with the part to repair it for $20. Came back home installed the part that they said. And they were right. Washer is back up and running for $20. I really appreciate their honesty and their parts . If I ever need any more appliances in the future, which I'm sure we all do I'm going to continue to use them. Thanks again. read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!! this is a shady business and they sell shit appliances that break down right after their bullshit 30 days warranty. To get someone to fix it is impossible!!!. My dryer stopped working after only after 3 months! I call they say $165. Now I call again and its $185. Then the guy im talking to just stops respondin, turned off his phone and ignored me. Fuck off! with that kind of customer services. I will be getting a hold of the BBB and reporting this "business". Out here selling broken appliances with people's hard earned money! You should be ashamed of yourselves. I hope no one ever goes to you again. BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! SCAM COMPANY. read more

2 things. I bought 2 older fridges and washers for my rentals and theyre good and fine. But.....my aunt bought from them and wanted a matching set and made a deal with the guy to receive a discount or credit if she gave him her existing wash/dryer that worked fine. They kept promising her some type of credit then eventually stopped answering her calls and she never recieved any credit, money, or discount for her set that worked fine. read more

I've just purchased a side by side fridge. Was told it works with a water and ice maker. When it was delivered it was missing parts. The delivery guy said they would deliver the part the next day and install it. They did not do so, when I called and spoke to the owner he assured me by Monday or Tuesday I would have the part. That Wednesday came and spoke to him again, he then said the part wasn't found yet but that once they have it they would bring it or if not get me another side by side with a water and ice maker that I purchased. I've been calling almost every day and now they won't answer my calls. This place is a scam and a rip off. I wouldn't waste my time or money on people who don't value one's business and are just looking to rip people off. I only put one star because it won't let me post my review without one. read more

We bought a washer in December two weeks before Christmas, it stopped working two days (February) and they said they would send someone out for $50. Okay that's fine. My husband tried calling them more than 6 times today and no answer to coordinate someone coming out. I do not recommend this place. read more

DO NOT GET SCAMMED!!!! You will be out money, time and still without a washer or dryer. DO NOT BUY HERE! I bought a washer/dryer combo and it has not worked since day 1. Tech sent out 2x to fix still does not work $500 for unit and its garbage. The owner is rude and unwilling to make things right. Now he wants me to drop the unit off to be fixed. I have a washer and two dryers through them. Great service and appliances . Highly recommend.

I was hesitant to buy at a used appliance store because I know the risks of buying something that is used but I have 2 years with my washer and dryer and they work great! No problems at all! I just purchased a refrigerator from them today and they do not disappoint. Andrea is always very helpful. I will definitely keep coming back in the future. read more

NO STARS! Do not recommend this place to anyone! They took my washer and dryer and was told they would fix them when I went to pick them up I was told THEY THREW THEM AWAY! After going back and forth with the owner and workers they then told me they SOLD THEM and there was no way of them getting back! The owner then proceeds to try and sell me another washer and stated I can take it for $170 but she will remove all the parts! One thing they will not do is give a receipt as proof of what appliances they took from your home! read more

NO STARS AT ALL!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS USED APPLIANCE!! We have had two bad experiences with them. The first they actually came and fixed the issue just for it to break down again a year later. But it was a little over a year that the dryer. Last year, we bought a very expensive refrigerator. (before our dryer went out) Just for it to start having problems within weeks. Ice maker & water filteration. They came out unprepared so it didn't get fixed. After days passing, we called, then it was we needed to order part, and many other excuses. It finally got fixed. Then 6 months later it stopped working. We left many messages but no one returned any of our calls. We had to hire another appliance company to fix to find behind the walls of our refrigerator. Many broken issues and missing pieces. NEVER BUY FROM THEM. read more

They sold me a freezer. I help them place the freezer in my house. It turned on but waited for the whole day and night to get cool. Nothing. Freezer did not work. So the food, specially chicken, went really bad. The cost of the freezer plus the spoiled food, not a good amount. When I was purchasing the freezer. They answered really fast. I tried contacting them to report a bad freezer. No answers. Now I have a bad freezer that takes space in the garage and spoiled food. How bad can it get Gutierrez Appliance? read more

I bought three appliances from Gutierrez Appliances, the washer began having problems about a week after purchase. I knew what the issue was from previous repairs on other appliances. He dismissed me, and said it was fine; it wasn't. I then called a local used appliance place that I've done business with, they confirmed my original thought. I had to pay them $40 to fix an appliance that was still under warranty with Gutierrez. In addition they hooked up the house for the ice maker, and put the fridge back without even turning on the water. Moreover, one of my in-laws bought a washer from them that almost immediately stopped working, my relative had to fight with the guy to get him to fix it. read more

No star at all. Walked in looking to buy a refrigerator. The girl working never even acknowledged me. Never said hi. Nothing! Mind you the place is very tiny. I was looking to buy a fridge that day, but took my money elsewhere. If they don't care about the customer. My money won't be spent there. read more

I purchased a fridge, washer and dryer in June. 900 dollars just getting back on my feet. Washer went out thankfully within the 30 day warranty, month later the dryer, now the fridge lost over 350 dollars in meat and groceries! Thought I was helping an honest local buisness, not!!!!! Do not purchase from these crooks! Add the useless appliance on offer up after it quits working and see who is willing to come get it read more

I bought a wash machine from Miguel at Gutierrez Appliance because Meno's was closed due to moving locations. A couple weeks later, the machine wouldn't spin. I was leaving town and they gave me a replacement washer. It worked well, until this week, when it flooded my house ( less than 2 months). It was on medium load. I called and was told that they would send someone out to look at it. It still works , but have to be home because l don't trust it not flooding again. So l talked to Jose, the nephew. He said he would come out and never heard from him. Called the next day at 1:00, 3:00 and 4:30 pm. I last talked to Jose at 4:30 pm, and he said he would grab his tools and would be out to my house. Never heard or have seen Jose again. It is really sad for people that are trying to support little local businesses and customer service is bad. It's like, "well, you bought a cheap washer, too bad, so sad, we got your money. Ha, ha, the joke is on you!" I would recommend Meno's appliance. At least they offer assistance if you have a problem read more
