I was very stressed because my husband was dealing with it standing in water with electrical components around him. I called Kellerman Heating and was told someone would call. Turns out my phone was not working properly and I missed that call and my husband said that I was rude when I left a message on the after hours recording. I do apologize for that. Anyway the owner came to the house because he could not get a hold of me and took care of the issue. I would say that he went above and beyond in doing so and I do appreciate that he did that. He took care of the issue which also turns out was not from anything that they did but the drain was clogged from other debris like when they built the house ect. Thank you to Kellerman Heating & Cooling. If you need work or a new Central Air Unit call these guys. I would give them a 10 out of 10.

The second time we were scheduled for 3 days later. I complained because a company that advertises 24/7 should come the same day if their brand new furnace breaks down the second time in a week. I originally hired One Hour several months ago to install a new AC system based on how prompt they were. And so I was greatly disappointed at their lack of concern this past weekend. This morning was Monday so their supervisors were available. I talked to Kevin and he apologized agreeing that we certainly should have had high priority over the weekend considering the situation. He even gave me his personal cell phone number in case it ever happens again. That is much appreciated.

They were also patient and didn't complain one bit at a change I wanted to make even after the first round of paperwork was complete. They left the work area clean and tidy as well. No complaints whatsoever!
