They do not provide any emergency service for when our air went out on the 2 years new unit and were less than nice in their reply to our calls/text. We had to contact a different company to repair. We were referred to Tipton by our home warranty. The outside unit of our heat pump was freezing up…read moreand not working correctly to heat our home. The technician came out and assessed and reported to the home warranty that there wan't a mechanical issue. I had to call the technician back a week later. He stated that there was a malfunctioning part and he would have to replace it. He stated that he would contact the warranty company to see if he should order or if they would. I called the technician several times and left several messages. The technician refused to call me back. I contacted the home warranty and they said he never contacted them and that he stated there was not mechanical issues. Now in the summer, we are still having issues with our unit not being able to cool the house. I called the home warranty and I now have to start another claim and pay my deductible. I refused for them to assign Tipton to our new claim as I am completely and utterly dissatisfied with their service and treatment. I also recommended to the home warranty to discontinue referring calls to Tipton.
