I've just seen a slight but perceivable decline in their enthusiasm for customer service and, as it is elsewhere, it seems to show up when locales aren't even really busy. That was the situation here. I'd like to move them back up to 5, but this more sullen reception keeps Papi's in Midtown at 4 stars.
