So each time I have their shrimp and beef tacos. All tacos are served in corn tortilla freshly warmed and stuffed with your preference of meat topped with amazing sauces and vegetables. These tacos are super moist and flavorful. The best part is that they have maintained their quality so well over the time. Last time I got three tacos and they totaled to $12. Next time I definitely want to try their fish tacos. The staff is friendly and they make the order pretty quick. Lots of street paid parking in the area. Kudos to the team for creating such a following even though there are a few very popular taco joints close to them.

It's a tight space in the restaurant with barely enough room to squeeze by after ordering at the back. Their patio was also full during the summer so you really had to get lucky with snagging a spot to dine in! The tacos though were spot on and so good! Taco Pastor (Grilled Pork) 5/5 - My favourite taco I had here since it came topped with pineapple to give it a refreshing taste. Taco Asada (Grilled steak) 5/5 - This came with a lot of grilled steak which was delicious for every bite. Taco Carnitas (Braised pork) 4.5/5 - This was made with braised pork and also tasty as well. I thought I had a great variety of tacos here and appreciated that they were able to put the onions and cilantro on the side. Overall, I'm still thinking about the tacos here and can't wait to have it again.

Tacos Moras located along the Danforth near Fenwick Ave serves up tasty fast casual Mexican eats…read more(tacos, burritos/bowls, tortas, quesadillas, pizzadillas, nachos) with plenty of protein options. This is the restaurant's 2nd location where the first one opened up along St. Clair Ave W. The great thing is that they also have a nice salsa bar where you can grab all your favourite hot sauces, limes, and radishes. The space does have tables for you to dine in or you can grab take out as well. Both the entrance and washroom are both accessible. I stopped by Tacos Moras for lunch on a Tues afternoon around 2:30pm. The place was empty but there were a few customers who came in to grab food after I did. I opted to get 3 tacos - the carnitas, chorizo, and the camaron (grilled shrimp). My tacos were made to order where it took about 5 min. Since I decided to eat there, they were neatly displayed on a tray. Once my food was ready staff called out my order for me to grab at the counter. Service was friendly. Grabbing my salsa I made my way to a table. The tacos were decently sized and were loaded with my proteins of choice. As I was eating there was so much pork or chorizo that the filling would spill onto the tray. The hot sauces are also great as well - nothing that I can't handle and it gave the tacos a nice kick. My favourite out of the 3 tacos was probably the chorizo. It had that nice flavour you would expect. The carnitas were great as well with the addition of the pineapple. The grilled shrimp was my least favourite. Overall, a good spot along the Danforth if you're craving some fast casual Mexican eats!

When we arrived the chef was busy cooking tacos and the front employee was away. We waited a few minutes and then place our order. The front employee was really friendly, and kind once we placed our orders. I ordered the pork, shrimp and stewed beef tacos without dairy (cheese) and they were delicious. This restaurant has a salsa station where you can add additional salsas and vegetables to your tacos. I added onion and salsa verde to all of mine and the salsas were delicious. Shrimp Taco: The shrimp taco was my favourite. It had lots of vegetables and a tangy delicious flavour via the flavourful and colourful salsa. Pork Taco: The pork taco was my second favourite. The pork had a really great flavour and went really well with the salsa verde. Stewed Beef Taco: This was my least favourite taco and the one recommended by the front staff. I found it a bit bland even with the gravy sauce they added to it. I liked it much better with the salsa verde. Tasted like beef and not too flavourful Shrimp Burrito: My partner ordered the shrimp burrito and he really enjoyed his burrito. He said it was flavourful, filling and delicious. Would we return? Absolutely! This is a hidden gem. Hibiscus Drink We also ordered the hibiscus drink to go with our dishes. The hibiscus tea drink was really good, and sweet. It tasted a little like grape juice but was better.

But there's a bunch of street parking and neighborhood parking by the restaurant. We got seated pretty quickly. Their menu is very large, it took us a while for us to decide on what to get and also to flag down a server. They had many large parties, even a birthday party on a weeknight which I understand. Also it's very spacious in there too, there's many tables for large parties and small ones. All the servers that took care of us were very friendly and helpful. I ordered four Carne Asada tacos and my boyfriend got the Chicken Fajitas with cheese on top. I also ordered a Pinada drink. The chips and salsa we had to start was good. The chips were crunchy, lightly seasoned, and crispy. It was fun trying out the different salsas to see what we liked the best. I enjoyed my Carne Asada tacos. Granted, I am from California and grew up with good Mexican food so I have very high standards. These tacos weren't the absolute best I've ever tasted, but they were tasty. Also for a single taco, it would've been $7. So seeing that much for a single taco was crazy to me, as I'm used to $4 (USD) ones. However, the carne asada meat was delicious. I think for me, I wish it had a little bit more onions and cilantro to give the overall dish more flavor. My Pinada drink was great. It was creamy, delicious, pretty much a Pina Colada without the alcohol. I loved it. All in all, we enjoyed our time here. For the area, this would be a solid choice to get authentic tacos and mexican food. As I said before, service was great. A little difficult to flag someone down given how busy it is, but they took care of us. I'd come back.
