That was about 2 months ago and I have since contacted a competitor who reached out to me within a day or two and was able to help me get my project completed. If ever there is an adjustment needed (perhaps due to door settling and sensors not working), Key's technicians are prompt to schedule a convenient time for the adjustment - and they show up on time. We have enjoyed such good service with great prices my wife and I agreed a five star review is appropriate. Key Security is privately owned and we like that fact. Absolutely horrible experience with Home Alarm LLC. From the beginning, communication was misleading, promises weren't followed through on, and getting straight answers became nearly impossible once paperwork was signed. Trying to cancel or get assistance turned into a complete runaround. The sales tactics felt extremely pushy, and after installation, support suddenly disappeared. Calls went unanswered, messages ignored, and every conversation seemed to lead to another excuse. I was left feeling trapped in a contract I no longer wanted, while nobody seemed interested in actually helping resolve the issue professionally. If you value honesty, transparency, and customer service, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere before doing business with this company. This has easily been one of the most frustrating consumer experiences I've dealt with in years. Useless equipment and broken promises aren't even my issue, the customer service is nonexistent. I am still in my cancelation period and there's no response.

Additional Update - I have continued to call Brent at ext 214 as instructed by HomePro's response…read more Last time I spoke to Brent was on 8/15 or 8/16 - he indicated he would call me back later that day... Guess who hasn't called me back yet? You guessed it, Brent. I have left a message for him everyday since... that's 11 or 12 days of messages, and still no response. Seems like this is how HomePro does their business, just ignores their problems, hoping they go away - DO NOT SIGN UP FOR HOMEPRO SERVICES! Update - HomePro responded to my review on Google and asked me to call Brent at extension 214. I have called Brent 6 times, left 3 messages (including today) and spoke with him 3 times. If I could give 0 stars, I would…read more I sent in my desktop computer because the RAM recently failed a boot cycle, which fried the SSD to the point that it could not have been repaired. After doing my own research, I decided that it would be best if I send in to a 'professional' to get it replaced and have the set up done. Once I got it back, everything ran considerably slower - The boot times went from a couple of seconds to 5+ minutes. I had to do my own research to discover that when they put in the new SSD, that was all they did. When they set up the new OS on my computer, they did not even bother to initialize the new SSD. That means that my computer was completely unaware that my SSD even existed. So for about 1.5 weeks, my computer has been running everything on the HDD, which even the most clueless of computer owners know is not right. It took me 30 seconds of googling to discover the proper procedure to follow in order to actually repair the issue from start to finish, and these guys managed to take about 2 weeks to do it, and they did it wrong. Find somewhere else to get your expensive electronics fixed, because these guys do not know what they are doing. Also the place reeked of sewage.
