What I did not expect, however, was that I would receive products and service that exceeded my lofty expectations at an extremely competitive price. Nelson was transparent throughout the process and helped me select high-quality equipment that met my specific needs while staying within my budget. Nelson showed me how to use all of the features, but he also set up a number of parameters in advance based on our original discussion without requiring further input.
