Update - HomePro responded to my review on Google and asked me to call Brent at extension 214. I have called Brent 6 times, left 3 messages (including today) and spoke with him 3 times. Each time we talk he indicates that the person he needs to speak to will be available soon and he will call me back later that day. I have yet to receive a call back from Brent from either my messages or when he promises to call back. HomePro continues to demonstrate poor customer service. Original below...
