I contacted Joel late Friday night, he responded early morning on Saturday, and at our house by Sunday at noon. We decided to have Joel do an outdoor camera as well as a floodlight/camera combo. We had purchased all of our equipment prior to Joel's arrival. Joel was patient with us as we found the best place to hang the cameras. He was very diligent and paid care attention to ensure that he left the work are tidy.
