Awesome place to get the things you need! Huge selection of cars, trucks, parts and anything else…read moreyou might need. Alex helped me a ton, removed all the parts I needed and was very helpful. Have me a really good deal as well. Quick, friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend!

Reference: I trust car-part.com to find parts I need to keep my '97 Pathfinder on the road (great…read moreresource!). I called FAW November 22, 2025 and made a $100 deposit via Venmo. I am one of many who appear to have been scammed by Fast Auto Wrecking in Battle Ground, WA. Complaints typically are like mine: a part is listed on car-part.com and with a call, "Alex" gets a deposit via Venmo. Most calls go unanswered and/or vmail not returned. When getting an answer, gaslighted: promises and excuses never result in a shipped product or a product ready for pickup. "Call me Monday" is a frequent response. At one point it was "stop by Saturday but call first". No phone answer, so I drove to the yard. Chains across gates, wrecked cars strewn around, calls again unanswered. Neighbor business told me the owner is never there, and that it's common for customers to get scammed. I left more vmails and most recently a message via Venmo asking for a refund - no answer (suprise). There's still a listing on car-part.com for that item. I've filed a complaint with the WA Attorney General's office, also with car-part.com, who responded that they are in the process of pulling FAW's account. I only lost $100, others have lost a lot more.

I came in to get an oil drain pan and an oil filter. I was absolutely blown away by how great the…read moreservice provided by the employee was, and how how low the prices were. When I attempted to pay for the oil pan and filter, the extraordinarily helpful employee asked me if I needed that big of an oil pan, and if not, they had a great deal on a a smaller drain pan, a funnel, shop towels, and hand cleaner, all for significantly less money than the oil pan I originally selected. She also offered another deal on brake fluid, brake cleaner, and lubricant, but I did not need this one. She also set me up for the Autozone Rewards program, which basically gives members $20 for every $100 spent. She was also incredibly friendly, supremely knowledgeable, and friendly. I was also very impressed with the cleanliness of the store and the complimentary window decals for recording the mileage when one changes their oil.

I called this morning and told them I got the wrong tail light bulbs. They needed a voltage…read moreregulator, and I didn't want to mess with that. When I called early today he said no problem. We can swap them out, and when I got there the manager said they needed the receipt when I used my phone number. I wasn't asking for money back. I just wanted to swap out them out for the halogen bulbs and get the remainder on a gift card. What's the point in using for your phone when purchasing things if they can't look up your transactions.
