I asked associate to install my wipers after purchasing them and he said they don't do that anymore and that I was a grown man and I can do it myself . employee 197 that is no way to talk to a customer so I called back and asked to speak to a manager and they left me on hold. This place is so unprofessional and so disrespectful. The guy who helped me today first said my vehicle sucks and was being completely disrespectful about it, he then proceeded to tell me they won't/can't take back my steering gearbox that failed after I had gotten it 2 weeks ago and then he called his manager then his manager told him to return it but he had a complete attitude and was disrespectful about the whole return and tried arguing with me about other stores on their policies when oreilly's would always be fair and work with you. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HERE!! Their parts are junk and can get you into some serious problems and the workers are so disrespectful. read more

I met Frank today when I came in with my old BMW with my battery on DOA ! Napa stores have a history of employees that know their craft and are in the know with the people that fix cars. But Frank went way above that with some old fashion "kick butt get it done" service He got me on the road with a new battery, sold me a $7 tool that saved me a $65.00 install. He figured out the tool I needed to do the job ! I installed my own battery ! BMW's are not always fun to deal with, but Frank's help made it easier on me. I have been to the battleground NAPA Auto parts store twice. Both times when I came in the store the cashier lady wasn't wearing a mask. I had pneumonia recently and if I caught covid that would be the end. I noticed several other employees in the store weren't wearing masks when I walked in as well. It's one thing for someone to walk in the store without wearing a mask but it's a completely different thing if the employees don't bother to put them on. I am not going back. I forgot how NAPA people tend to treat general public when they come in to the store. They must only like their commercial customers cause they treated me poorly. I was spoken down to when I was in the store. When I returned to pick up my turned drums, I was told I had to talk to the guy who turned them, which took 30 minutes as he jawwed with a regular. He didn't even acknowledge me, 2 hours after drop off...he could have paused and handed me the parts. I won't be shopping here again. Theres 2 other stores in town or maybe ill just go through Rock auto. Either way, this NAPA is no place to get parts. read more

I've lived in Battle Ground for 9 years and have gone to this NAPA location on a regular basis. I've always received good help from friendly employees. I wouldn't mind if an employee had a bad day and was rude. Working with the public is tough. But the employees have always done a great job when I've been in. read more

Bad service. Employees look at you like you are dumb. Not helpful at all and never have what you need. Walked in and was not greeted at all or looked at. Had to ask to find a part and was waved to another part of the store to ask someone else. Not a busy location with rarely anyone there. Dark lighting when you are inside and not a friendly environment. I would not recommend coming here and try other near by locations for what you need. read more

I called to see if they had the parts I needed, explained explicitly what the part was I needed. They said they had the parts. When I arrived the part was not even close to what I described to them. NAPA parts are cheap Chinese crap and despite their warranty, the parts I had installed on my vehicle lasted half the time of OEM parts. Avoid this place and their parts, bad service, bad parts. NAPA has cost me a significant amount of money and time, I will not only avoid this place, I'll tell everyone I know to avoid. read more

Always helpful and friendly staff. They have stuff that NONE of chain stores in town carry, (like fuel lines, special tools, etc).

Gave me the incorrect part because she could not measure it correctly and would not give me a discount after costing me over and hour of time and 40 miles roundtrip to replace with the correct part. It's frustrating when the person helping u can't find the stuff u need. Instead of asking someone who might know u get a "we don't have it". It seem like they always have one or two employees that don't have any desire to dig through the catalogs to find the parts. I know if I would of had someone else I would have walked out with what I needed. I was in there a couple months back and Skyler spent 20 min finding parts for my antique boat motor.
