It's sad when you ask for a single oring and the person behind the counter says well I think we have some singles in the back but I dont feel like digging through them. But then points to an aisle and says I think we have some in packs down that aisle over there. read more

I needed help with a tail light and the new manager Zach was so helpful. He was very nice and just happy to help me take a look at the light inside the hood and wiped it off and it was fine. He said I could come back anytime if I have problems with the light. I will be back for sure. Great helpful service! read more

My CRV needed some TLC after an unexpected "die while driving" incident. A friend recommended I head to AutoZone. It was my first time in for a suggested free diagnostic. From the get go, the staff was welcoming and helpful! Raul (RJ) was attentive, patient and inquisitive as I described the issue at hand. He did the diagnostic test, reviewed it with me and then provided a printout. I was incredibly thankful for his expertise! read more

waited for over 20 minutes for any help and it was because one of the guys came back in after he was outside fucking off with someone he "hasn't seen in a while" i can't even pay cash on the self check out either so i had wait like an idiot for someone to ring me up after they failed to even help me find what i need, i ended up calling someone who knew the layout of the store. that's actually embarrassing for a company. the other guy hung out in the back and said "he was busy" couldn't even point me in the direction of the stuff i was looking for. there was one guy with long hair trying to help everyone else while the other two guys screwed off. incredibly disappointed. read more

Came in asked for a Sylvania load resistor. The person, "they, them, her, him" I wouldn't know what their pronouns are, with blue hair gave me an attitude. Saying if it's not out there then we don't have it and I said "well, there's no way that it could be in the back or somewhere else out front maybe I'm missing it, or anything of the sort?" they said no I'm getting a shipment that I have to unload so it's not out there and the website is wrong. I said OK so for sure it's not in the store and I maybe missed it they said no. Mind you they said all this with a complete and utter bad attitude. So I went back over to the bulbs looked again slowly and BAM RIGHT THERE! So I went back, paid for it, and asked if they required to stay behind the counter, or if they have the ability to leave the counter to help look for something. They looked at me strange like what do you mean? I said well I was looking for a product. I asked if you guys had if it was anywhere potentially I couldn't see and you didn't offer any assistance. Just it wasn't there. They proceeded to raise thier voice, get rude, and have a bad attitude. Saying I should have said come help me find it... yet that is what I said just not that phrase. I guarantee this is not the first time they have had a complaint. Get this trash out of the store or teach them how to do proper customer service. Or fire the manager for not training. read more

I came in to purchase new wind shield wiper blades. Shon welcomed to the store. Helped me out immediately. This kid knows his products. I wish everyone can learn from him. Give this young man a raise. When you are down and have to purchase a car part at an auto part store, Shon is there to help with a positive experience. Thank you Shon. read more

Maddie (and multiple other members of staff whose names I didn't catch) were such a great help today! They had such a welcoming vibe and answered all my questions that didn't have to do with my overly complicated windshield wipers. They also took the time to really sort out and help install said wipers. So glad I found a location near my new house that I can visit in the future read more

Blake was very helpful and nice. I had a headlight go out as I was taking my family to the airport and he not only helped pick out the right part, but installed it for me in the rain when he had less than an hour until closing time. Great employee, much appreciated help! read more

Good counter service. They have pretty much everything for suburban driving/maintenance of our older Toyotas. Over the years I have purchased car batteries from them and the staff helps put the new unit in in the parking lot, and takes the old one away. They will run a computer diagnostic to help out figure what a check engine light might mean. read more

I took my check engine light to Blake at Autozone Highway 99 Vancouver. He helped me sort it and get replacement parts. When my repair in parking lot turned into a mess, Blake and his manager Shon saved the day. I am so grateful. No other mechanic or parts stores has been so great. Highly recommend! read more

No restroom for customer use? WTF? I took my business down the street to O'Reilly's where they have a restroom.

I've only been thru the doors of this particular store 2 maybe 3X. Not everything in this store is available if you're a classic or antique car enthusiast? But for us folks that drive everyday and own a normal everyday Automobile this is adequate with lots of accessories and some car parts for everyday driving? Excellent customer service I need to mention and lots of parking! Very handy from my home in Salmon Creek and just across the lot from W.i.n.c.o. where I shop regularly for groceries? 5 stars*****! and a Thank you'' read more

Tyler was great and super friendly. But he was one of three employees working. Of the other two, I never saw one, only heard him talking to the other who came out from behind the racks of parts behind the counter to blow his nose while standing at the register (not acknowledging myself or the other customer in line behind me once) before turning around and going back behind the racks. Not even a "someone will be with you in a sec". I will not be going back and it shares a parking lot with the grocery store I go to at least twice each week. read more

I'm pissed. So I went in and told them what make and model of car I have and that I needed a new battery terminal. I was given the universal one, which Didn't work. I then went it and explained what had happened and how I needed the correct one and this time I brought the terminal in with me. The guy sold me a marine terminal for a boat and didn't act like he even wanted to help me to begin with. A quick search on the internet I found out you have to order a specific terminal for my truck. Wowza. read more

Poorest customer service I've experienced in more than 15 years. Just trying to purchase a battery for my car and wanted to know what they had in stock. Kid with bun on top of his head would not answer my questions directly, instead telling me extraneous info that I did not need. Then he started telling me about cold cranking amps. I mentioned I didn't care about that because it's an electric car. He gave me a dirty look like I'm too stupid to buy from him. At that point I just said "this isn't going to work" and walked out. I'm an adult and expect a minmal level of respect from young kids. This punk clearly knows nothing about that. Amazed he has a job. read more

I went into the store looking for A/C pro recharge for my car. Was completely ignored by manager and staff. It wasn't busy and they had four people behind the counter with only two customers besides myself, they wouldn't even make any eye contact with me so I walked out. DON'T SHOP AT THIS LOCATION!!!!! read more

I came here because my wiper blades were done. I picked some of the rack offering a mail-in rebate, and when I went up to the counter. Mark offered to see if he had something else comparable without needing to wait on a rebate, which he did. When I went out to replace my blades I realized I didn't know how to remove the old ones. Mark didn't hesitate to come out into the rain to help me with the installation. read more

All of the guys helped me out yesterday morning and were all super kind and very professional. Busy store but they had it handled and let me know they saw me and they would be right with me. read more

Friendly, knowledgeable, customer-focused staff. Ken in particular deserves a huge pat on the back. Because of him, I will be doing all my auto parts shopping here. Came in at a busy time looking for a particular hose for my older BMW. Long story short, Ken went well above and beyond the call of duty by helping me piece together a replacement that required some pretty labor intensive salvaging of the existing hose assembly. This place is clean, well managed, well stocked, and the prices are reasonable. Thanks, Ken! read more

Super helpful staff. Helped my add some new oil in my car. Even helped me find my oil cap when I dropped it in my engine compartment being the klutz that I am. Didn't catch his name but the guy with the dreads was a really cool guy and helped me a ton. Thanks Auto Zone. read more
