Upon installing them, I thought the initial wipers didn't fit but Alan came out on his own to give me a hand with them, fixing one of the blades I installed. After closer examination, he noticed that my blades needed an adapter. He then helped upgrade me to the blades I needed, taking the time to install the adapters and then installing them on my car. I hardly ever leave reviews but I wanted to give a shout out to how kind and generous both Alan and his manager were to me. Thank you for the incredible customer service today.

Stating "our paperwork shows we did it correctly", therefore they didn't make a mistake. They over torqued my drain plug and I had to purchase a whole new oil pan because of it. They said but their paperwork says they didn't and therefore no human error could have happened. I'm here to tell you they DID over torque the bolt and a real service technician told me so and proved it. So I urge and warn you to stay far away from Walmart Auto Don't Care Centers and pay the extra money to have a real technician to do your services.
