I needed a couple of 345/30/ZR19 tires for my Viper and called Jon on this past Wednesday. 18 hours later they were delivered to my front door in Dana Point California. This was after he said he'd beat or match any price I got from Tire Rack (who had none in stock and said maybe January 30th, 2023). These tires are almost impossible to even locate but Jon took care of business for me as he's done for the last 25 years. He doesn't send me Christmas cards he just gets it done year after year. Rude rude rude I just called Jon B. from Viper parts Rack today to get a price on tires he sends me the price which is a lot higher for just the tires than a price that I got for the tires mounted and balanced local to my house so I called John back to thank him for his time and to let him know that I was not going to purchase them from him well he was the most rude obnoxious person that I've ever spoken to in my life he was pissed off at me that I wasn't buying the tires from him basically told me he wishes I had a goose for Thanksgiving instead of a turkey and literally hung up on me I can't believe the way he treated and spoke to me . I also asked him John if I called you for just a price on tires you would've given it to me he said no how does anyone do buisness with this guy . I have had the pleasure of dealing with Parts Rack on several occasions. While I will admit that customer service doesn't leave you warm and fuzzy, the knowledge of Vipers along with the price will more then make up for and aforementioned. Furthermore, with a society that has turned most customer service operations over to a computer with more prompts then I know what to do with or a guy named "Peggy" with a horrible fake accent calling from some hell hole getting paid $.50 an hour (I know you've seen the commercial), I think a little sarcasm is kinda refreshing.
