Top Gunn Kitchen and Bath took the lead on our kitchen/family room/laundry renovation. We decided…read moreto keep our cabinets, which I painted prior to work being done. We replaced countertops, backsplash and put down premium vinyl planks over the entire 500 square foot area. Also added new sinks/faucets in the kitchen and laundry. Design staff was able to guide us to our final decision of quartz countertops, with waterfall peninsula, slab backsplash and wide plank flooring. We chose Vadara Aurora quartz, with subtle light grey and gold veining. After reviewing many samples, we chose Shaw Fresh Take Shell Taupe 60" x 9" vinyl planks. H2OPlumbing, Joe Phillips Electric, H & H Construction, Stone Boyz and Island Accents did excellent work, arriving on time and cleaning up when they left. The scope of the project expanded when both plumbing and electrical staff found faulty/hazardous work previously done, which was corrected in an efficient manner. Top Gunn chose their trades wisely. All personnel were professional, friendly and gladly answered our many questions. The finished product is better than we had imagined. I would highly recommend Top Gunn for any home remolding projects you might have.

One cabinet business wanted us to pick cabinets by looking on the internet. They didn't have a…read moreshowroom or displays and they didn't seem interested in what we were looking for. They left it to us to get all the measurements and layout. We aren't carpenters. So we did a search for cabinet businesses and we checked out Wood Kitchen and Bath, LLC. Oh my gosh we wished we had skipped all the struggle with the other cabinet company. Wood K & B made everything simple and worked with us when we changed our minds on colors. They came out and measured and measured again when we had question. They came when they said they would. If we had questions they answered them all. They have beautiful cabinets and countertops to choose from. They couldn't have been nicer to work with. Quality is everything and that's what we got. BIG THANK YOU to Bill Tiedemann. Our kitchen, laundry/pantry room and bathroom are amazing looking. THANK YOU WOOD KITCHEN & BATH. THANK YOU Bill & Sunni

I was considering hiring Wood Kitchen & Bath in Inverness for my total master bathroom remodeling…read more I met with their salesperson Frank at my house. He told me that he will prepare an estimate, but before the plumber would come out, I needed to pay a nonrefundable $500 for all the work he already had did. Having slow business, they skip the payment later and let the plumber come out anyways. I also wanted to replace my pocket door with old French doors of the same size as the original door. That was part of the original estimate. Another person came out with Frank and looked at my bathroom. They insisted that I would buy the vanity from their company as Frank told me that's where they make the money. Stupid comment from his side. The vanity they offered to me as a custom made would have been the same quality of the same item online, but $1,000 more expensive. So, I asked for an estimate without the vanity. They took it out but added $2,000 to the labor. When I asked why I was told it was for the French doors which were already in the original estimate, but because they would cause so much extra work. That's when I knew that they were trying to rip me off. My current contractor is putting those doors in for me for $300. When Frank from Wood Kitchen & Bath asked me why they did not get the job, I told him that he lost my trust! Something to consider hiring this company!

A disabled person like myself can't lift into a car or down the stairs alone. Their response/solution is to take the battery out of the bottom. Great. that is also not easy. No one wants to take 10+ mins to get in and another 10+mins to get out. Two, when you fold the steering column down to make it "easier". Sometimes when you unfold it, the whole scooter won't power on because a wire gets lose and it requires someone with electrical knowledge to know how to fix it. That's after calling and having cuztomer service walk us through it because "it happens all the time." Maybe someone should fix that. Last but not least in any way. The man at the rv show who sells them. Is super super rude. I mean mind boggling rude. I was asking questions and he goes "you have an attitude". Then walk away to help a white lady. The only attitude I had was telling him that I can't lift that." Oh and being black. Moral of the story, don't buy for this company. They have an attitude

We understand we may look young but all of us are adults and telling us that we cannot afford their machinery is quite rude and unprofessional. If we were to have a good experience then maybe we would have spread on a good word about the company but instead we are here. So to the two older women who treated us like destructive 3 year olds instead of interested adults, keep in mind how you come off to people because this can be the result. As a business that is trying to promote their products, you should treat everyone with respect as anyone could be a future customer; and the lack of professionalism that we received gives an impression that this business is poorly managed and does not respect its potential customers.
