Although Sam's Club is very neat and clean, everything is fresh and everything was in stock. The prices were just unbelievable! I couldn't believe a small bag of something was double the price of what you would get say at Publix or Walmart. If you have a large family or even a small family and you want to buy large quantities to can or freeze, then I would recommend sam's Club to stock up. But if you need to pick up a few things, forget it you're gonna be paying out the arm. And they don't offer you boxes anymore to put your stuff in so you have to put them in your cart or bring your own bags. There was only cashiers on the floor no one to help us locate things. This was the first time I was actually disappointed in going to Sam's Club. I guess that's why I joined BJ's for a few things and then we go to the commissary for the rest.

Their sliced cheeses like provolone, Swiss, pepper jack and American cheese are definitely a bargain for the price. Their eggs were also a great deal. Even though they were busy the wait time to get checked out was minimal due to their employees strategically directing people to registers. Very nice, very productive shopping experience and we will go back to purchase some Christmas gifts. I purchased a large magnolia tree from them and she bloomed two years in a row and then she hadn't bloomed in two years so I called them and they told me exactly what to do and I did it and within four months my magnolia was blooming beautifully. Most all of my flowering plants, my trees, my shrubs my fruit trees are purchased from Canterbury because they just have quality plants that produce. There are company that knows what they're doing and they take care of their customers. When you enter into the office, they have all kinds of goodies, jellies, jams gifts, and souvenirs and you're always greeted by someone with a smiling face and someone who is very happy to see you and to take care of you. I needed a specific plant identified and I brought a piece of it in and immediately the gentleman I was dealing with told me exactly what it was how it's going to grow and how to take care of it. I had an insect problem I took them a piece of the plant that had the insect problem. They immediately knew exactly what was wrong and told me what to use and I had no problems anymore. I trust them more than I do any of the big box stores. In fact, I'll only buy my vegetables and my vegetable plants from Canterbury Farms. They were very honest company and anytime you look at their plants. They're all clean and weed free and very well taken care of. I've gone to big box stores and see dead plants on display or for sale. It's like big box stores don't care how they display things. But Canterbury farms cares and they're set up is beautiful. They have plenty of parking. Their entrance is accessible by wheelchair or cart. The kids love to go there sometimes they have on Saturdays vendors that come and sell their vegetables and fruits and whatever's in season. They also have classes to help you learn about the plants that you have in your yard and how to take care of them. They'll educate you on fertilization watering and proper practices to keep your plants, healthy, and alive. I highly recommend buying all of your plants from Canterbury farms.

Stevie claimed I needed my wife present which was later found out she was Not needed as I was a Manager on the account costing me 2 round trips and 1 1/2 hours of wasted time and $10 in gas. I had explained to Stevie my wife was awaiting surgery and could not make the trip and I had her ID with me and she was available to speak on the phone all to No avail. I am not sure if it was incompetence or Stevies special time of the month that made the problem.. The next day the Manager corrected the problem professionally and politely which was appreciated! Instead we where forced to bring our own and saved nothing and when we called 611 the Philippine office lied and told use the tv ad was not true. So been trying to fix it since and they will not honor it without price hiking our bill. Also the family should be $100 plus tax and then minus our first responder discount. They don't want to honor nothing so we are filling a complaint with the BBB for price hiking and theft by deception. They now they have 30 days to fix this and will not so if this has happened to u at the store or from there Philippines office I erg u to do the same. In the past I had to press Identity fraud against the Philippine office after giving this office access to my phone. Also I can no longer call 611 because they send all my calls to the Philippines office for some reason and they don't listen to my and always jerk me around. At this point we are not sure if we trust Verizon anymore and if someone starts a petition against them I'll gladly sign it because the only way things will change with these big company's is if we the people take a stand. When we got around to opening up the wood, we discovered they shipped the wrong product! My order was correct and the invoice was correct. They just pulled the wrong product. For this, they get 1 star. HOWEVER, when I brought this to their attention, they admitted fault and didn't lay any blame at my feet. Less than 36 hours later, they picked up the wood and started the process of a refund. Because they took ownership of the problem and apologized for the error, they get 3 stars back. If they were a local business, I would do business with them again. We are all human and mistakes happen. They at least took responsibility for the error.
