After researching several flooring companies, we chose Red Eagle--and the main reason was John, the…read moreowner. From the start, he wasn't trying to sell us something or give us the runaround. Instead, he was open, transparent, and genuinely trustworthy. He asked thoughtful questions about what we wanted, listened to our ideas, and then walked us through options in a way that made sense. What stood out most was that he even recommended a less expensive product because it was the better fit for us. John also encouraged us to take home multiple samples, which, combined with their online visualizer tool, really helped us see how different choices would look in our home. After we decided, he came out for exact measurements, and provided a detailed estimate--down to every line item--something other companies didn't always do. The installation team - Roberto, Gui, and Fabio - was outstanding. They arrived on time daily, were respectful and extremely detail-oriented, and handled our furniture with care. While we moved the smaller items, they worked carefully around the larger pieces. Each day they cleaned up thoroughly, and left no debris behind after the project was completed. If you're serious about your flooring project and want results like ours (see pictures), give John at Red Eagle a call. He and his team will take excellent care of you. George, Dade City

We wanted to keep the tile and the cabinets but needed new countertops and backsplashes. After a number of quotes and interaction with other companies I chose Red Eagle. John, the owner, helped with picking out the tile, getting us a great discount in purchasing materials and was on the job the entire time. He didn't just drop off his guys and come back when it was finished. The install price was extraordinary. I was a little concerned that with such a reasonable price that the work would be substandard. Was I wrong. He is meticulous with his work and the work of his crew. He has an incredible eye for details with all the most up to date equipment. He wanted to make sure everything was right. Even matching up a mosaic backsplash corner so that it matched. I have a brand new kitchen for half the price of what others quoted me. He was also sure to keep the area clean and dust free. He put down special covering to protect our hard wood floors and was such a professional. The work was done timely and I am nothing but impressed. In fact, after he was done with my kitchen I immediately hired him to do an accent wall in my family room. I'm looking forward to see how that turns out. I have nothing but good things to say about John and Red Eagle.

We don't usually leave reviews, but this experience was too frustrating to ignore…read more We started working with Joey at Flooring Master after closing on our home on June 20th. Since we were relocating from out of state, we wanted the flooring done before we arrived. We even had our realtor leave a lockbox so measurements could be taken in advance. We finalized the details and paid the deposit on June 26th -- then communication completely dropped off. No updates. No responses to follow-ups. Nothing. My husband finally drove down to Florida on July 7th to figure out what was going on -- only to find that demo had just started, two weeks later. Worse, the wrong areas were demoed, including our kitchen, hallway, and bathroom, which delayed work on our daughter's room. That alone made this experience extremely stressful for our family. Installation didn't begin until July 14th, and our furniture (already delayed and sitting in storage) was scheduled to arrive the 18th. Flooring was incomplete, and we were told if we delayed furniture again, they couldn't guarantee a future delivery date. We ended up picking up additional materials ourselves on July 21st, just to keep things moving. I had to call again on the 23rd to find out when they'd finish. They finally came on July 26th to complete the last room. The crew was friendly and the floors look nice now, but we had to ask them to reinstall all the doors and finish the master bathroom. The lack of communication throughout this entire process was unacceptable. We still have more rooms to do, but we will not be using Flooring Master again. We can't recommend them to anyone.

Met Eric, he and his father are co-owners. Very personable and professional. I appreciated his suggestions on carpet quality and color. What impressed me was their very competitive pricing. A few days later installers arrived and got right to work removing old carpet and pad ensuring all the old material was discarded in the trash. Both installers are real pros and very polite and personable. They even vacuumed the newly installed carpet! When they left everything was spotless; the carpet looks gorgeous and the upgraded pad makes for an unusually comfortable feel on my feet. I couldn't be happier. They are knowledgeable, and communicate well with the customer throughout the entire process. Continued success!
