High-quality, consistent, and fair pricing…read more I've had at least 10 pieces framed by West Roxbury Framing over the past year, and they have been consistently excellent. It is rare to find a shop that delivers on the "triple threat" of quality, price, and speed, but they manage all three. Moses and Jake are incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. The craftsmanship is top-tier and the pricing is very reasonable for the level of work. What I appreciate most is their accountability - on the rare occasion there was an issue with a measurement or material, they were happy to resolve it quickly and professionally. They truly stand behind their work. Highly recommended for anyone in the neighborhood looking for reliable, high-quality framing.

I wasn't disappointed with the finished product. In fact I was pleasantly surprised. Fast forward 4 years and now I have a very special vintage poster that not only has strong sentimental value but also quite valuable. I now live 60 miles from Norwood and never gave a thought to going anywhere else. After asking me a few questions so she could get a feel for what my taste was and where it would be displayed, Julie was off and running. I think she was actually more excited about the piece than I was. I think what impressed me most was her honesty. She never once tried to push me towards the most expensive frame. In fact, once I found one I loved she tried to find a way to get the same look with a frame that cost less. I picked up my finished piece today.....just when she said it would be ready. It's ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. I'll be back!
