I went back to exchange it and they said no, they sent me to their customer service "warranty" which I do understand... only if I've had the bag for more than 5-6 months... for their one year warranty.......but having it only 30 days and them not being able to exchange it on the spot was very disappointing..! Now I have to go out of my way to call them, take pictures, email them and wait for a 5-6 day response..... Thanks Michael Kors for making this more difficult than what it should have been, an easy exchange...

(No one asked me for assistance once while I was there by the way ) . The man at the door was the only welcoming face in that place. Upon leaving a women left before me and they departed her off with "thank you and come again soon" I left a little bit afterwards and once again silence. No one's asking for a welcoming party upon entry or departure. But if I was looking to spend money there today I wouldn't have even wasted my time .

I haven't visited in years, but one store I used to come to (James Perse) no longer exists, and due to the last experience I had there, I'm not really missing them. However now I returned since they have a Gianvito Rossi outlet, something I certainly never expected to find. Given the very few shops they have within the United States, this was worth coming to. I didn't find anything for myself, but it was nice to see their presence here. Not too far was a Stuart Weitzman and Jimmy Choo (again, no luck). Even though I left empty-handed, they still have a great selection here, more so than Camarillo outlets.

Starbucks, Maceys, Cinnabon, McDonalds, Coffee Bean and many more. Plenty of parking here now. Movie theaters and nice outdoor bars. Service is good here at some stores. So, its pretty dead here during the week like any other malls. But all in all, I like it here. Lots of security and police too. So do not think about stealing anything.

I did purchase a dress shirt and they packaged it nicely for me. Also, I lost a bag while shopping and Dean did his absolute best to help me despite me losing the bag after I left the store. Although I've been here before, I've never made a purchase here, but I realized on my recent visit that they have some cute styles for shoes and evening bags. I was able to select 2 pairs that I liked but asked them to be on hold. I continued to shop at other stores and came back around the end of the day at 630pm after deciding to give them a second look. After coming back, I found a third pair that had potential. This complicated things, but by 7pm I was ready to make a purchase. Ended up leaving with a black pair and a white pair. They were outlet prices and I got an additional 20% off which is great. The service was fine, the shoes were wrapped nicely in their boxes and bags. I may have found my new favorite brand for luxury shoes!
