Shortly after I got off the phone with Allstate, Certified Roadside Assistance called and gave me an estimated time of about an hour. My tow arrived in about 40 minutes (making me VERY happy) and the driver quickly got my car onto the flatbed and we were on the way. He was very courteous and efficient and clearly knew what he was doing. Total out of pocket cost was $128 (my insurance covered an additional $100). Way more reasonable than what I thought I was going to have to pay and an overall very positive experience from what started out as a disastrous day.
