My GF and I had a blow-out on my 2015 BMW S1000rr last night at around midnight. I managed to exit the freeway safely, but my rear tire was destroyed. i called at about 13:30 to get my motorcycle moved and scheduled a 14:00 arrival. the guy got there about 12 minutes early. now i felt rushed; which i specifically tried to avoid by asking for a specific time. i had trouble moving my bike to a position it could get on the truck because the tires were flat. they driver got antsy telling me he had work to do. i tried to apologize but it was mostly brushed off. he also told me how bad it was that my motorcycle had been sitting out for so long. i know. that's why i'm getting it fixed up. it started to drizzle and they guy says "you had to wait until it rained" blaming me for the weather. we finally got it loaded and tied down and to the shop where it was to be fixed. had i been told that cash would have saved me fifteen minutes of sitting on my butt waiting for the credit to go through, i would have asked for an even later arrival and gotten cash instead. i want to leave a 2 star rating for the poor attitude but the driver revealed to me that he was going through some personal things. i can understand that, but you don't put that on the customer. read more
