I am so thankful to have Sam comes save me from a nightmare I can't believe that happened. My family's car engine blew out and their insurance was taking forever to get a tow truck out to me. I called Sam and within 20 mins he came and assisted me. I am so thankful for his professionalism on giving me information and coming to my aide in a timely matter. If it wasn't for Sam and him being open 24/7 I would have been stuck out in Sunland waiting multiple hours for the car insurance to help me out. Thank you Sam you are absolutely amazing. read more

My car stopped in the middle of the freeway last night. I was able to pull it off to the side before it stopped completely. Then I yelped to find a towing company and found iTraino. So grateful for Sam's 24hr service as it happened around midnight. He responded quickly and arrived at the location within 30mins. Amazing service with great personality and professionalism. He was very helpful and friendly. Price was also very reasonable. Couldn't have asked for better company. Highly recommend iTraino if you ever need towing service. Thank you Sam! read more

My friend referred me to itraino when I got into an accident late at night. They were very professional, helpful, and best of all -quick and efficient! A 24 hr towing service is extremely helpful especially in case of emergencies. I.e. In my case. I hope this business takes off! They deserve it. read more

Good quick service, and friendly. Only had to wait about 30min...compared to waiting 2 hrs one time when I called the roadside assistance # from my insurance. Definitively recommend them if you're in the area. Called one other place and they were even pricier. This company also had a very professional receipt that will make it a lot easier to be refunded by my insurance. read more

Thanks Sam for your tow service! Keep up the great work!!! I highly recommend this place!

This tow truck company fraudulently charged my debit card when no service was provided. I never saw the tow truck and I cancelled. I was still charged. Most of the reviews on here are either from his family or friends. These people will take your money and overcharge! Stay away! read more

My GF and I had a blow-out on my 2015 BMW S1000rr last night at around midnight. I managed to exit the freeway safely, but my rear tire was destroyed. Called BMW Roadside, nothing (could only tow to dealership), called AAA, they said it eould take an hour. I did a quick search, and I found Sam with iTraino and so I decided to call him. He came to our rescue inside of 25 mins, and expertly handled and secured my baby to his rig. Highly recommend these guys!! Sam is knowledgeable, friendly, and certainly exceeded my expectations! Great customer service. Quick and professional. They get the job done without making your situation a hassle. I highly recommend.

So incredibly grateful to have such a quick and professional experience with iTraino. The piece of junk car I have probably won't make it out of the driveway, but the person who helped me get it there was so understanding and sympathetic. Totally changed my mood from down in out to hopeful, to say the least! read more

Sam was one of the greatest people I have ever came accross in this life. Her turned my nightmare of a night into something to laugh about. Sam was able to pick up my car with a broken axle and drive it to the shop when no one else would, and then took it upon himself to make sure my service was absolutely amazing. He really had the best customer service I've ever had. I recommend this company if you are ever in LA and need a tow. Sam is not only here to tow the car, but he is a man for the people/customer and will do whatever it takes to make you satisfied. Highly recommend!!! He saved me from a disaster tonight. read more

Sam came to my rescue! I was stranded at the border of Sherman Oaks and Burbank with the night's twilight approaching quickly. His response was immediate! Told me it would take up to 30 minutes to get there and he got there in 20! The entire time my Jeep was on his truck he kept clear communication via text/ calls on the location and arrival of the vehicle. Upmost gratitude goes to Sam. He even took a look at my battery to make sure it wasn't just needing to be jumped. I felt so confident and safe that my car would get taken straight to my body shop. He was so professional, kind, thorough and explained to me what was going on with my car. Thank you SAM! read more

On Thanksgiving Day, we had a blow out on the 5 traveling into LA. iTraino was the best and came to our rescue. Quick and efficient. iTraino has proven to be every bit as great as the other Yelp reviews had indicated. I had my vehicle towed from my apartment building this morning, and it was no easy task as the car was parked in an underground gated garage. The gentlemen who came to take care of the job were very kind and helpful, which in my opinion makes all the difference in the world. I am extremely appreciative of the service I was provided with and will be recommending them to anyone who is in need of a tow. Thanks again iTraino! read more

I called Sam after being rear ended and needed my car to be towed. He responded immediately and picked my car up within 15 minutes. Not only was he quick and reliable, he also helped get my car to a good shop, and helped me figure out what I needed to do as far as filing my claim and dealing with the other drivers insurance. I can't say enough about the service provided by iTraino. My friend was involved in a car accident and needed a nearby service. The people at iTraino are Very professional, provide accurate ETA's, and genuinely care about the people they're helping. i called at about 13:30 to get my motorcycle moved and scheduled a 14:00 arrival. the guy got there about 12 minutes early. now i felt rushed; which i specifically tried to avoid by asking for a specific time. i had trouble moving my bike to a position it could get on the truck because the tires were flat. they driver got antsy telling me he had work to do. i tried to apologize but it was mostly brushed off. he also told me how bad it was that my motorcycle had been sitting out for so long. i know. that's why i'm getting it fixed up. it started to drizzle and they guy says "you had to wait until it rained" blaming me for the weather. we finally got it loaded and tied down and to the shop where it was to be fixed. had i been told that cash would have saved me fifteen minutes of sitting on my butt waiting for the credit to go through, i would have asked for an even later arrival and gotten cash instead. i want to leave a 2 star rating for the poor attitude but the driver revealed to me that he was going through some personal things. i can understand that, but you don't put that on the customer. read more
