5-Star Experience at Subaru of Valencia!…read more After having some frustrating experiences at other dealerships, our experience at Subaru of Valencia was completely different. From the moment we walked in, Taylor McEneaney approached my wife, my daughter, and me with kindness and respect. He immediately made us feel welcomed and comfortable. What I appreciated most about Taylor was that he took his time with us and never made us feel pressured. We first test drove a Certified 2025 Forester, and Taylor rode along with us, answered our questions, and was very informative without being pushy. We then drove a new 2026 Forester, and once again, he was patient, respectful, and helpful throughout the entire process. What stood out the most was Taylor's transparency. He was real, honest, and down to earth. My daughter, my wife, and I all felt very comfortable working with him, and that says a lot after some of the experiences we had elsewhere. Taylor also really pulled through for us and worked hard to help us get a great deal. We genuinely felt that he was working with us, not just trying to sell us a vehicle. A big thank you as well to Phil, the Desk Manager, Jeromy in Finance, and the entire Subaru of Valencia team. Everyone was friendly and professional. I also appreciated how clean, peaceful, and comfortable the dealership was. It had a welcoming atmosphere that made the whole experience even better. Thank you, Taylor, for making us feel at home and treating my family with respect. We had a great experience, and when I'm ready to get my next vehicle, I'll definitely be coming back to see you! Highly recommend Taylor McEneaney and the team at Subaru of Valencia!

I won't take my vehicles to anything other than AAA rated mechanic. Please don't take your car to anyone other than AAA rated or a dealership. However, dealerships are always twice the price. It's less expensive to go through in an accredited, and certified mechanic. rather than the dealership. Dealerships usually charge much more than accredited mechanics. I brought my truck in 2034, and there was a warranty dispute between the Warranty company and the dealership I bought the truck from. To make a long story short FMC fought and got my Warranty on my truck approved. The warranty company denied the work. But they fought and got me the alternator on my truck paid for without expense for my pocket. Like I said, it's a really long story. L&J did it again: perfect service, superior quality, exceptional friendliness and accommodation…read more One of our cars was slammed by a truck on the freeway, the driver claiming he didn't see the car when he veered into its lane. The damage from just that impact alone was thousands of dollars. Luckily, the insurance company covered all of it promptly. We took it to L&J who walked the plan for restoring the car to its original beautiful condition through, step by step. John went out of his way to shepherd the process with the insurers and communicated back without being prompted. Thank you especially to Monica for her constant attention to what was a protracted and difficult process of getting parts (ala Covid supply chain issues). When it was time to pick up the car, they did what they always do: cleaned, washed, polished, and detailed the entire vehicle. It was gleaming like smooth glass when it was finished. These are the kind of people that make me realize that auto body repair can be efficient (even in these supply-chain-stymied times), competent (the repair was expert and undetectable), and scrupulously honest. (While I am at it, I showed John another of my cars that had some scratches and asked for an estimate. Instead he told me that he likes to leave the original paint intact -- especially flecked metallics like mine -- and gave me the name of a mobile detailer who would buff out those scratches carefully, leaving the original elegant finish pristine.)
